I did the deluxe pedicure and the whole thing was completely worth it, this is the longest and most considerate pedicure I have ever received. The message was the best I have gotten at a salon, the lotion and scrubs where a lovely calm scent, and the shape and painting of the nail was so detailed. She was overall detailed, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was highly impressed by how clean and tiny the entire salon was. I complained and they added gel to the tips, but left it with bumpy surface, as well as completely uneven ends. Then they painted for the bumpy surface and end result looked like my toddler did it. I'm very sad and disappointed I literally went here for the first time and I walked out so unhappy with my nails.I got an acrylic full set and I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it. When the lady was filing my acrylics it hurt so much she was filing so harshly and fast. When it came to painting it they said that they actually didn't have the color I was so sad because I really wanted that design. I chose another one and the color was off and they forgot to put too coat on my thumb. Plus I wanted a letter on one of the nails but I just wanted to leave that didn't say anything. read more

She was very considerate of how I felt during the pedicure and manicure and was very nice. She did a great job with the hand and foot massage too, I have never felt more relaxed. So let me start by saying that i just moved to the area from out of state 3 months ago. I went into this salon on Tuesday and got a Full acrylic set put on. Everything was amazing, I felt like she took her time. Also asked me how I wanted them shaped and so on. Everything was great the day I was there and have no complaints. As of now, today is Friday and it's only been four days since getting the set. I noticed this morning that the corners of the acrylic was raising off my nail. Went back to the salon to have them fix my nails. They looked at them a couple times, told me this is normal with the type I got and told me he would glue them. He did just that, he used nail glue to push down the lifted area. I will say that is the first and last time I will go there. Not only should you never be rude to a customer but to look at me like I was stupid was not ok in my eyes. read more

I stopped in for a pedi, gel mani and eyebrow wax. I give two stars for the pedi and wax because those things were fine. My gel mani, on the other hand, is the worst I've ever had. I suspect that maybe they passed off regular nail polish as gel polish. Two days later half of one nail has come off completely and I have chips in four other nails. I've been getting gel manicures for several years and they always last at least 2 weeks if not longer. I was getting my nails done for my wedding coming up on Thursday and now will have to go somewhere else and pay again to redo this terrible manicure. Don't Waste Your MONEY.......Go SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have been patronizing this business for almost 3 months. I moved here for work and I needed a nail salon. I always get a shellac manicure and the polish ALWAYS chip within the first few days. I'm extremely busy for work, so I never went back for my chipped nails to be replaced until TODAY. I was NOT welcomed with open arms. The owner, Jian, was very dismissive. Instead of completely repairing the (2) nails- Jian another lady was instructed to do am awful patch up job. I got up and left and let them know that I would NOT return. This is typical.......using the cheapest products and terrible customer service. I will not ever go back to this cheap salon. The products are dated and cheap. The owner does not use plastic covers for the pedicure bowl. Jian said that it would cost over $20k to upgrade his pedicure bowls, so he has not! I immediately felt welcome and relaxed. The employees were really nice and I had a great experience. The quality of my nails was average, however. I recently got a facial here (they are all currently 20% off) and it was amazing. It lasted longer than the 60 minutes I paid for and the technician was an expert in Chinese facial massage. Their POS system makes paying and tipping here so easy and their rewards program ($10 off after 5 visits) is linked to your email so you don't have to dig in your purse for a punch card. I was a walk-in at this nail salon a couple months ago and it was awful. I am not one to ever write a review but my manicure was done so poorly I just had to. I wish I could remember the nail tech who did mine but I can't recall. But bottom line is the experience as a whole was terrible. The actual nail job its self was hands down the worst I've ever received, I asked for a French manicure...the nail polish was all lumpy and gunky, it was done so unprofessionally I left so disappointed.
