I love Panera Bread. Everything I have ordered in the past has always been great. I decided to try the new Salad Stuffers. I chose my favorite, asian sesame chicken. I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed. I was thankful I asked for a side of the dressing otherwise it would have been too dry. The cost of my order did not align with my salad stuffer. This half sub stuffer cost more than $11.00. This does not deter me from revisiting Panera Bread. I just know that the salad stuffer is not for me. See you soon Panera! read more

Stopped in for my normal white cheddar Mac & cheese. It was fabulous- as usual. I'm glad the cashier, Malia convinced me to try the new hibiscus tea! The manager Daniel brought me a Fresh brewed cup, It's AMAZING!! Might consider the drink club this summer just for this!! Clean atmosphere and food came out fast. The new croissant sandwiches were amazing. It was creamy, crunchy, and filling. I also ordered the French onion soup. I have never tried it before so this was the first time. I wasn't too impressed, it almost tasted more burnt than caramelized but it was my first time so I don't have anything to compare it to. My bagel was good that's the ONLY good thing I can say! We arrived mid morning on a Saturday and there were only half the bagel options available- pastry's were skimpy- and their espresso machine was busted and I had to probe the cashier to even get that info. I said where is your specialty coffee menu - she flippantly says we only have regular coffee "over there" nodding to the coffee station - in disbelief I said you don't offer lattes anymore (my reason for coming) she says no - so then I pressed on by saying when did Panera stop offering such only then does she explain that the machine has been broke to quote "for a while" To add insult to injury I chose the dark brew and it was practically empty filling my cup only half way and no one in sight to assist me so I added another brew to make a full cup!!!!! The women's restroom was a mess with toilet paper strewn here and there and a very sticky floor There was debris and trash around the drink station as well. Went for take out about 1:30. Came for the creamy wild rice and chicken soup and I should have left it there. It did not taste fresh at all it was as if they reheated it from a few days ago. The associate mispronounced my very common name. When I got home I tried to docker it up and put some like into it but the addition seasonings could not help old soup. I visited Panera Bread yesterday around 6:30 PM with my son after spending four exhausting hours in urgent care. Both of us were feeling very ill, tired, and miserable, and I just wanted to grab some soup without exposing anyone to COVID. Unfortunately, when I arrived, all of the outside lights were off, making the store look closed. I went to the drive-thru to confirm if they were still open and was told they were. I then asked the representative if the drive-thru light could be turned on so I could see the menu, but he flatly said "no." When I asked if it was broken, he simply said, "I think so," without offering any further explanation or apology. I explained that I was very sick and didn't want to expose anyone inside, but would have to come in since I couldn't see the menu. My concern was ignored, and no empathy or apology was offered. When I mustered the strength to go inside (wearing a mask, of course), I noticed everything in the front was already put away, as if the store was closing soon. I placed my order on the tablet but had to call out to get an employee to come from the back just to get me a cup for my drink. The worst part was seeing the same employee from the drive-thru--identifiable by his voice and orange shirt--filling a bowl of soup at the pick-up counter without wearing gloves. This lack of hygiene was shocking. To add to the frustration, the screen notified me that my food was ready, but I couldn't find my order anywhere. When I asked the girl at the counter, she told me the man behind her was still working on it. Why was I notified it was ready when it wasn't? I was already feeling miserable and just wanted to leave. While the woman apologized, I still had to wait an additional 7 minutes for my food. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Panera Bread. From the lack of concern for my situation to poor hygiene practices and long wait times, this visit was unacceptable. I will never return to this location. read more

Today my darling nephew treated me and my mom to lunch here. I was so surprised, in 18 years of life it's always been me picking up the tab. This auntie was happily flabbergasted. It was just in time for a mid afternoon caffeinated pick me up, but they didn't have skim milk or any sugar free options. I selected a frozen chocolate brew. My mom got a peach blueberry smoothie and my dashing, darling nephew selected a mango smoothie. We each selected a salad. My mom and I chose the Asian Crunch Chicken salad. My nephew got a Chicken Caesar Salad with a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It's a great thing that the company was stellar because the food took 20 minutes. My mom was glad, she felt at least you know it's fresh, I concur. The baked goods were great, and with a meal You can get one for .99. So we each got a sweet treat too. There is parking, free WiFi and cozy spots to chill no matter what vibe you are on. I would love to see the menu include fat free or sugar free options. Wow what a life changing experience, customer service was awesome! You don't get a lot of people who love their jobs nowadays but Tara was so very kind and sweet and a very nice smile. The Ambiance, the taste, the patience and kindness of Tara was unmatched. I'm not sure if she is manager or not, but ask for her if she's in to take your order! What annoys me most about Panera is the brick bread loaf! Please stop. If you tell them ahead that you want chips/apple as a side OR even if they ask which side item you prefer, they will still throw the loaf in your bag instead so that you have to ask again. The brick loaf always super solid and tasteless. I guess they are trying to get rid of them, but perhaps the trash... I usually order Caesar salad with chicken or the power breakfast sandwich (egg white, avocado, spinach). They used to have good Greek salad until they started doing too much with the ingredients. Chicken in any Panera salad is usually scarce, but they have at least started giving 3 dressings instead of 2 so that you don't have to eat plain lettuce once the small amount of of chicken, croutons and cheese are gone. They have also changed the manner of how they make breakfast sandwiches so that it is always messy it's best eaten with a fork. Heeeeyy, why not make it a breakfast bowl if it's gonna be that sloppy! Guess that's why they serve them in a box now... I like the taste of Panera food. However, they are definitely over-priced when considering quality and quantity. I had been a loyal customer at Panera. My last 4 visits there showed worse customer service. I order a meal from the kiosk. The kitchen staff notify me by voice and text when the food is ready to pick up. They do not provide a cup for the drink I ordered although it is printed on the order ticket,Their cups are kept behind the counter. You have to request your cup in person. This may be a minor problem, but it is a disappointment and a lower standard of customer service. I spoke with a manager about this issue, but she didn't think this was an issue. Bottom line is, if you order a drink from the kiosk, you must remind and ask the staff to give you a cup. read more

The food and atmosphere are great. I really like the manager, she's super sweet and always has a nice word for me when I come in. I go there almost every day for my $11 a month Unlimited Sips program and some days I stay and write in my journal for a while. I don't like that they frequently run out of croissants early in the morning, but that's life. The restaurant is clean, the food is superb, and they've yet to run out of unsweet tea. My one issue is that in my opinion there aren't enough handicap spots. But I'm sure they have exactly the legal amount (2). Competition for the spots gets bad though, with some foolish people illegally using the white-line zone as a parking space. Don't be that person. read more

Service was a little slow considering how empty they were on the Wednesday morning at 9 am that I went. The staff was really friendly however. I thoroughly enjoyed my steel cut oatmeal and quinoa with slivered almonds. The portion was very big and super filling. Perfectly cooked classic oatmeal, exactly what I asked for. Of coarse, I checked the bathroom first and found it a bit lacking. Toilet was dirty & no paper towels & the air dryer was broken. The food was yummy... I have the broccoli and cheddar soup in the bread bowl. That's always a winner. My mom however, had the Fuji apple chicken salad and it looked like it had been sitting for several hours as all the greens were limp and wilted. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she graciously & immediately made another one for my mother. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the state of the ladies room. Very polite service and relatively clean restaurant considering that not everyone plays by the rules of cleaning up after yourself in this kind of restaurant. 4 thumbs up!!!! I asked for cucumbers and olives because I hadn't received any. Then the lady got them for me and then asked "but otherwise, is it good?" Visited here tonight and ordered the chose two. My sandwich was tasty, however, that was all. My"sweetened tea" was unsweet. The staff apologized and offered me a different beverage. Through the window, I watched the worker pour my macaroni from a plastic bag and pour it in a cup....gross. I was not aware Panera microwaved their macaroni...Also somehow it was ICE COLD when I got home (5min drive) and I had to reheat it. Also my total was $16 for a chose 2 with a drink and a cookie.
