Came here with my son very recently since we were nearby after a doctor's appointment. The place was very clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered a salad which was super tasty and fresh tasting and my son had the kiddie fingers meal. He enjoyed his food! The bathroom was clean and tidy, and that was refreshing as well! This wasn't my first time here. I have a love/hate opinion of this place, Let's start with the good. The place is clean. The dining are is always well kept. This place has a sanitation grade of 100.0! The service is fast. Their shakes are wonderful. I enjoy their fries. Their salads are good. The downside. Their grilled chicken isn't great. For the price Chick Fil A is a better deal. The policy of charging for a sauce pack is stupid. They should gladly provide you with dipping sauce. read more

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I've had in my life. My friends and I went there, and they messed up all of our orders. My one friend ordered the nibblers, and when she got them there was a chunk missing from one of them that looked like someone took a bite of it. My other friend ordered three chicken tender and only received two, and I ordered the fried pickles, which we'll get into later. The service was horrid. It took forever to get our food and they served us all out of order. The lady who took my friend's order accidentally tried to charge her $18 for a meal that was $8. They blasted Christian music the entire time we were there. We were on a road trip so we were quite thirsty, and their soda machine was out of almost everything, not to mention both of their ice machines were broken. Now onto the fried pickles. I love fried pickles and I don't find myself to be a very picky eater. I was extremely excited to get these, but when I opened the box I was confused. I payed over $4 and received a handful of crunchy, stale tasting garbage. I seriously considered going up and asking for them to remake them, because they tasted like they were days old, but I decided it wasn't worth it. All of the pickles were extremely dry and falling apart. My friends and I couldn't stand to take more than a bite. The box they came in was burnt and melted. It was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. I typically like my experiences at Zaxbys', but this location was so bad that I created this Yelp account just so I could complain about it. Definitely one of the best establishments I have visited to date. Very clean and the staff was top notch. The chicken is very good, both grilled and breaded. I do like their affinity for Texas Toast, it goes well with the chicken. I normally do the "wings and things"...but lately I have been ordering the Blue Salad with buffalo chicken, topped with blue cheese dressing. The crisp lettus mixed with the zing from the buffalo chicken is a great mix. The crinkle-cut fries were cooked to perfection and even better dipped in the Zaxby Sauce. read more

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this location in the last 3-4 weeks. This visit was 5 star, but the previous visits were 3 & 4 star. I regularly get the grilled or fried chicken house Zalad. Sometimes I also get the basket of crinkle fries. Each time the food has been good and there are no complaints there. Overall, this location is better than its competitors based on staff service and wait times. There is still a coronavirus hangover and the drive-through gets an enormous amount of attention and this sometimes causes the inside orders to suffer a longer wait time. First of all let me say that if I know in advance that a place is going to charge for water I try to avoid it. When did they start charging $2 for a cup of water??? Chic-fil-a for example is more than happy to provide ice water at no charge. I went in and ordered 5 salads for take out and when I got them home I was disappointed to find that all five included sparse amounts of chicken. This time I was also frustrated that the meager bits of chicken on my salad were dry and overcooked. This is not our first trip to Zaxby's although probably haven't been to this location before and we typically enjoy the salad. I am usually pretty content with the portion sizes on previous visits regardless of what we order. I called to let the manager know of my concerns. The manager let me know that he was certain that my salads had plenty of chicken and that unless he could physically look at my chicken he would be unable to address my concerns. I made a point to let him know I wouldn't be back to his store ever given his lack of interest in making it right. Having worked in customer service for a number of years I am pleased to say that the company's I have worked for take a much greater interest in addressing customer concerns. I will be sure to avoid this location and it is unlikely that I will frequent Zaxby's at any location in the future. read more

Went to zaxbys for my break. Ordered chicken fingers to be rolled in sauce. After waiting 15 minutes my tenders were not rolled in sauce and they tried to give me a small drink when I ordered a medium. I also asked for ranch and they charged me 25 cents for 1 and I didn't have any in my box. Very rude. read more

Never been here before. I got a chicken finger kids meal. The chicken fingers were ok not the best I've ever had. The Zaxby's sauce was bitter to me. They said I could "exchange" it if I didn't like it then went to charge me 0.25 for ranch. The guy was nice enough not to when my fiancé only had a credit card to pay for it. My mom got the wings and finger platter. The wingers were the "wimpy" flavor and were so vinegary that none of us could really eat then. Overall it was OK. Don't plan on coming back. read more

We got to Zaxbys and the line was not that long. So we decided to order. We waited 20 minutes for our food and then they finally brought out part of the order. I confirmed that this was the correct order and they said it was. My daughter started eating some of the fries while we were waiting for the rest of the order. The waitress then came back and said I gave you the wrong order and I have to take the food from you. My daughter was eating the fries. They took them out of her hand and we told her that she was going to have to throw them out and she said I know but I still have to take this food. Then we waited for another 10 minutes and the person came back and I told her I wanted to see the manager. The manager came out and said I can give you 10% off my order. I said I just wanted a refund. She took the tea out of my hand and went in to get a refund. I could not believe that she takes the stuff out of your hand when it is already in your car and you confirmed that it was the right order. Any other location I have been too it has been excellent. Maybe it's a management issue? Maybe it's an employee issue? Whatever the issue is, I wish they would fix it. Ehhhh, had better. Actually quite disappointed with this visit. Try somewhere else. The food was ok, better than Mcdonalds but won't go out of my way to eat here. I had the blue cheese salad with blackened chicken, and another in out group have the chicken tenders. The salad was not bad but definitely nothing special. We had never eaten at a Zaxby's so we trusted what the cashier told us about the sauce (she said go with the Zaxby sauce). So when eating the chicken tenders the other person didn't really like that sauce and decided to stick with ranch, which i volunteered to go up and get. When i asked i was told I would be charged 0.25$ for a ranch. I was never charged because the guy decided that using a charge card for 0.25$ was ridiculous, like charging for extra sauce. This is soooo ridiculous, you are alienating your customer base by doing this. I already over paid for chicken tenders and a salad, then you want me to pay 0.25$ for extra sauce since we took your advice. I could see if i came up and asked for 4 of every sauce you have for this one meal. But really..... Poor customer service, I WILL NOT BE BACK. I wish they have a PDQ up here, if they did they would shut this place down. Another in our group ordered boneless buffalo wings. I tried one after she took a bite and stopped eating.
