Common sense says if you buy something online this is where you go get your merchandise. Nope. This is where you go to get your online grocery order. Walmart how much of your business is online grocery pick up in comparison with non-grocery items? I know for me personally when I grocery shop I don't think Walmart. Customer Service is dependent on the person waiting on you. I entered my order at the customer service kiosk and waited..waited..waited. The store greeter saw me waiting and when I asked she wouldn't call anyone to help me. Poor attitude. I had to go wait in the Customer Service line (and wait yet again). They called for help. Reward your Associates for good performance; it will pay you back ten-fold. Your website is nothing like Amazon. The 'feel' of your stores are like walking into a 1970's K-mart.

This time, there are too many dead ones and I have to drive ALL the way back, through traffic, because I don't want these in the house and better to return them ASAP. Can't even get more as I wouldnt trust those that are still available. Last bunch was really good, but VERY disappointed I have to spend more time and gas to return them. I'm no rookie as I roast or smoke fresh turkeys at least 4 times a year Since Artie T was fired, I have noticed slight changes (negative) but this one is the biggie that will end my relationship with MB.
