Then my return flight is delayed so they leave us stranded at BWI, 90 minutes from home at midnight. Their reply is that they only wait 15 minutes and they tried to call but I didn't answer. Of course not, I WAS IN A DAMN PLANE. Then I call and they are mad that I am yelling? No shit, they were paid over $400 for the ride and I am told their policy is to wait 15 minutes. On my last trip, the "collector" (the guy standing out at the curb saying "you want cab?" "you want cab?" directed me to one of his vehicles. As I was approaching the vehicle, I reconfirmed, asking him if it was the same fare as the cab. Yes, Yes was his answer. I get to the hotel and the driver charges me 60 dollars - while the normal cab (and other personal vehicle rides) is 35-40. I had to get to work, so hopefully I may hear from them on the outrageous fare.
