The store is small but when I went in they had everything from low budget to expensive sets that were selling for half the price as the competetors. They even offered to special order if I did not see anything I liked . The set I chose was a Queen mattress and box, brand new with warranty and I paid a third of what I saw the same set at at a larger chain store. Delivery was within the same day and was done by a college student. These guys know what their doing to keep prices down. The older gentleman answered most of my questions and what he coudn't answer he called someone who could answer. The store is really small, it doesn't look like a furniture or mattress store from the outside so I had a little trouble finding it at first. I still come back to the prices! I have reccommended this place to several people and they have thanked me for that after the fact.

I purchased a leather Melrose couch from Ethan Allen in Rochester, NY, for around $3,300, and added the $299 Guardsman Premier Gold Complete Service Plan, thinking it would provide peace of mind. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. After submitting a warranty claim, I waited six months without a response. When Guardsman finally acted, they sent a technician from New Jersey (to upstate New York!) who looked at the couch but said she didn't have enough time to complete the repair. And then? Nothing. No follow-up. No resolution. Just silence. Years later, the owner of the Ethan Allen store accused me of being a "problem customer" and casually mentioned that Guardsman had denied the claim. That's hard to believe, considering they sent someone out to fix it, which wouldn't have happened if the claim had actually been denied upfront. I contacted Ethan Allen's corporate office and received a polite but ineffective response--no real accountability from either company. Bottom line: Guardsman appears to offer a comprehensive coverage plan, but in practice, they seem to look for any excuse or loophole to avoid fulfilling it. The customer service is slow, unresponsive, and ultimately unhelpful. The owner of the local Ethan Allen franchise finally replaced the cushion, but unfortunately, the dye lot was significantly different from the other cushions, rendering the couch unusable. If you're shopping at Ethan Allen--or anywhere else that offers Guardsman protection--I strongly recommend you think twice before spending extra on their coverage. It's not worth the hassle.

It has changed our lives as a family. Crazy to say but true. We have ours set up with twin movie loungers hooked up to the single seat. We have it set up in the deep seat position, we skipped the deep seat pillows. The regular pillows work just fine. You need to tell them that you want the seats set up to be deep!! Before purchasing, we were unaware that there was more than one option to set up the seats. I do wish that we had been told this on any of the previous visits. How you decide to set up the seats; effects which seat backs need to be ordered. Whenever we have company, we simply switch it up like Legos. At the end of the day, we love our Lovesac!

I checked other stores: selections were limited, or complicated to deliver, or salespeople made shopping uncomfortable But here at Lovesac, I got no pressure and plenty of support: positive store reps, people available by phone, email, online chat, and online info including YouTube videos showing how it all worked. I had been worried about whether this would work for my situation - they reassured me that they have free returns within 30 days and stand by their word. And it comes right to your door! Once we got our Sactional, I had to try all the different ways it could be put together. We tried a different setup in this narrow room every few days - it was like buying a whole set of furniture items! It was fun too. I had planned on changing color scheme of this room but the furniture tied it all together so nicely that I like it how it is right away and can save redecorating for another time. The cost may seem higher than what you're used to, but these are much MUCH sturdier than anything I've ever had and so many guarantees and so much versatility. I'm really happy with our purchase and am telling all my friends, family and coworkers!!!

I have been to Fulkerson's to find lobby furniture, kitchen and work tables, lots and lots of chairs! They can do cubicles in custom sizes and accessories too. They do have some new furniture too, but it's not much. You can find it in their main showroom with their offices.
