Michelle is a flipping lifesaver. I was in town for a local wedding and didn't have time to get a powder manicure in NY. After doing a Yelp search I found Logi called them to see if they can squeeze me in and sure enough they did! Things to note besides Michelle being an angel: Prices are comparable to NY. My powder manicure was $50. It would have been another $10 for chrome but I stayed without it because I really liked the color itself and I was coming from chrome green. Color selection was a little sparse for powder dip. I wasn't looking for anything crazy at the time so it wasn't that big of a deal. The place was clean and well run. I appreciated the expeditiousness and them accommodating me on such short notice. Nails seem to be holding up really well 2 weeks later. read more

It was so easy to go online and book a pedicure! My daughter and I both got the deluxe pedicure. They have convenient nail polish color books with lots of colors to choose from. awful, I decided to try a new nail salon for the first time seeing all these "good" reviews, I got my nails done a couple days ago (full acrylic set) and they are all completely chipping and breaking, my friend got contact dermatitis from the careless acrylic overflowing on her nails, and my design and shape is awful. We also had an appointment at 1:30 and 1 of us didn't start til 2:15 and the other waited another 15 minutes til someone finally started on her nails. the whole experience was sadly awful. read more

The nail techs are very respectful!! They are always very kind, make conversation, and listen to all your requests. The salon is fairly clean for the most part. I have been here 10+ times and my manicure and pedicure has been great. I get gel services here and my nails usually last pretty long. Sometimes the services feel rushed but other times I enjoy how quickly they get you in and out. I recommend this place to all my friends but definitely call ahead for appointments because they are busy!! They can usually get you in the same day during the week day. read more

Came in 6/24 as a Walk-In with my aunt we both wanted to get a pedicure & manicure. We called ahead, but were offered a 3:30pm appt it was barely 2pm and we were in the area. So I decided to just go in as a walk-in and see. So we did and they said they had time for both a pedicure and manicure for us. They also requested we put our name and our requests as a check in on their ipad; we did. We both selected Pedicure & Manicure. We sat down, than in less than two minutes they said they were ready for us. Once we sat down the massage chairs were comfy, the place was clean and didn't smell of high toxicity of nail polishes. I got us both the Princess Pedicure $45 per their website this is the description :The therapeutic Pedicure collection is designed to helps set your mind and create the perfect stress-reliving spa pedicure experience relax, clean, smooth, and moisturizer your feet pedicure includes: aromatic foot soak nails, cuticle care, sugar scrub, cream foot mask, massage with a soothing moisturizing lotion, hot stone, finish with hot towels legs wrap and color of your choice! Now what was delivered was a complete different story. The scrub and lotion were in a pre packed packet (I just think if you are charging $45 have products that are of Value) the foot massage was obsolete. There wasn't one. The "hot towels" reminded me of the dealership ones that are blue and used to clean up oil. Spa experience should use actual body towels not ones that are hard on the skin especially after an exfoliation. We never received a foot mask, (what I am used to is they put a mask on your feet and wrap them for a bit; then rinse. There was also no actual "Foot Massage" oil was applied to my leg after my foot cleaning was done, then my leg was rubbed as the massage, not my thing I was assuming pedicure that my feet would be taken care of not my legs. After our feet, we were ready for our nails, but they didn't have time. I will give them 3 stars for Cleanliness, & Kindness from our nail techs. read more

I had almost given up hope looking for a nail salon in Saint Augustine but then I came across Logi on yelp. They only had one review, but that one review had five stars with mountains of great things to say so I decided to take a chance. And I am so glad that I did. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such warm and friendly smiles. Checking in was a breeze and while they set up the pedicure station they asked if I needed any refreshment (great experience already). Anna handled me from beginning to end. I got the princess spa pedicure package ($45) so worth it. She took such good care of me. Nothing was rushed nor did I feel rushed. I truly enjoyed every minute and normally I avoid pedicures. I last minute decided to do a full acrylic set as well and showed her a picture off Pinterest.. well the picture attached says it all. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB. I left here saying "I finally found my salon." I'll be coming back here for as long as I'm in Saint Augustine. Great family, so positive and kind. Great atmosphere and talent. They've only been open 2 weeks - truly a gem. The owner was so wonderful and took to the time to stop by and chat with me. We were both floored with Anna's work. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was clean. Everything else was terrible. I booked a mani and pedi for me and a pedi for my husband. The pedis were so bad I decided not to get the mani. No callus removal, poor cuticle clean up, and worst of all no one in the building cared. It was literally like we got a 30 minute foot wash, toe clip and leg massage. The girl who did my husbands wouldn't even lotion his feet. The most positive part of the experience was the younger guy who did my pedi realized what was going on and hopped over and tied to salvage my husband's experience. He also did a decent job on my feet, although not even in the same ballpark as others in quality. read more

Hyuen and the staff at Logi were wonderful and hospitable and did an excellent job with manicure and pedicure for myself and my niece. I took my niece Allie out for a special day and the staff at Logi nails and spa helped make that special day happen. They have a beautiful new facility, and the business is run with great customer service and well trained technicians. Went in for a pedicure and a nail repair. Andy did the pedicure. He was very Polite, However, his skill level is just not there. Kat had to jump in to assist him to trim my nails with my ingrown nail. Kat did a great job on my toes, so I decided to go ahead and have a fill done by Kat. Kat did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. The owner came in while I was there very polite. You can tell he takes pride in his business. All the staff seemed polite, and offered a smile when they would look at you. I travel to Saint Augustine a lot and I will definitely be back to see Kat. read more

I had THE BEST pedicure here with my husband. We opted for the upgraded Queen pedicure. The service was impeccable and the facilities clean and comfortable. I will don't think I'll get a facial again. I feel like I overpaid SO much. $265 for two facials. I just feel like I was at the flea market bargaining with the technician over the price. It made me uncomfortable because I felt like I had to pay more. I don't like confrontation or bartering. I want to know the true price ahead of times and the specific cost of add ons. The facials cost more than our massages- which were worth every penny! Since posting this originally, the owner has reached out to me and was so, very kind. They have offered to credit my account for part of the service. I will be sure to be back for a massage!

Best nails salon in town! I've been coming to Logi Nails for quite a while now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about their customers. I usually get builder gel and pedicures, and the quality of the work is consistently amazing. My nails always look beautiful and last for weeks. The technicians pay attention to detail and take their time to make sure everything is done right. One thing I really appreciate is how clean and organized the salon is. The tools and stations are always properly sanitized, and I feel comfortable every time I visit. We've also visited on busier Saturdays with appointments and have had good experiences then as well. While our feet soaked, we were offered water, wine, or soda. It's a small touch, but one that always makes the experience feel a little more welcoming and relaxing. All four of us chose the Deluxe Pedicure ($36), which is only $6 more than the Classic ($30). The Deluxe includes a drink, an exfoliating scrub, lotion, and hot towel wrap. They also offer additional upgraded pedicures with extras like hot stones, but the Deluxe feels like a great value and is usually our choice. My technician was attentive and professional. I especially appreciated that he asked permission before using the callus remover rather than just assuming. He was friendly without being overly chatty, which was perfect because part of the reason for this outing was spending time catching up with family. The salon appeared clean and well maintained. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs, and overall it felt cleaner than many nail salons we've visited. One fun detail from the day: my husband picked his polish color first, and I ended up liking it enough to choose the same one. I wasn't expecting to leave with matching toes, but here we are! The only minor issue was that my polish application wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked. It isn't noticeable unless I'm looking closely, but it did seem a bit thicker than ideal. The polish on the other members of our group looked perfectly smooth, so it may have simply been an isolated occurrence and I think the issue was the polish and not the nail tech. For three Deluxe pedicures, our total was $108 before tip. We never felt rushed, the services matched what was advertised on the menu, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Consistently good service, short wait times, a clean environment, and a relaxing experience keep us coming back. We'll definitely return.
