This last time I got a gel manicure for Halloween with purple nails and some ghosts and bats added to one finger on each hand. Victoria, who is really nice and easy to chat with, did an amazing job and they look so cute. I don't know how she can paint something so tiny! The nails were literally cut crooked and the edges are messy (I wasn't given a chance to look at them before being ushered to the desk to pay). Upon leaving I immediately had to get out a nail file to clean up what I could (picture is the result). I should have said something about the pain and discomfort, but after being clipped twice I was just trying to get through without crying (even the massage chair was awful). The place is beautiful and I am thankful my friend had a different technician that did a good job. I never leave bad reviews, but the prices were too high to walk away feeling brutalized and like I could have done a better job.
