Plus, he is a bit high-maintenance and Patty doesn't bat an eye at his extreme neediness. (LOL) Bottom line: Patty is a total pro. She is caring, considerate, and communicative. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training.
