We unknowingly rented in an area with HORRIBLE cockroaches, mosquitoes, etc., and they are a godsend and will also tell you how to prevent future entry. It's $50/mo for quarterly application with a guarantee of keeping the listed bugs out. They come out for free and apply more if there's any "activity" (aka live giant cockroaches in the house in our case once) between applications too.

I really wish I could write a much better review of this company as I was expecting stellar service after reading some yelp reviews. But here I am expressing my disappointment in the tenting crew and how they left my home with damaged gutter drains (2 out of 5). One was stepped on and completely flattened so the rain water has no where to drain out of. The second gutter drain was somehow yanked or knocked out of its position so hard that the screws holding them in place were ripped out. I understand and respect their contract stating that they have no responsibility for damage to gutters and other home property, so I'm not going to make a big deal of the 2 dented gutters. However, it really bothers me that the way my gutter drain pipes were seemingly carelessly handled. I just had those drain gutters installed 2 months ago. AND also every nozzle from my water hoses (all 3 hoses) were removed and left on the ground with the hoses not put back where they were before the fumigation. AND one of the solar panels on my security light was turned backwards. Could they not have simply turned it back the way it was? I also received a text from my not too happy neighbor on the day I was to return home informing me that my smoke alarm was blaring all night the night before. Should I have been advised by the tech that I should have removed the batteries to these alarms before the tenting? And I didn't get any courtesy notice of any damage. I simply came home to find these things on my own. Everything considered, tells me how the crew has such a nonchalant attitude towards providing excellent service. It was very disheartening because I actually loved the customer service I received with each gal I spoke with in securing this service so I was looking forward to and expecting the same kind of service I got from their office. I will NOT be using their service again. But to be completely accurate and clear, I hired Kilauea Pest Control who sent out PEST TECH HAWAII to our home. I will post this review to Pest Tech Hawaii too.

Right after the fumigation, he called personally to let us know there was water leaking from the roof/ceiling due to heavy rain. Since we couldn't go back into the house, he stepped in and set out buckets to catch the water and prevent damage. He literally drove to our home to help us! We were so grateful he did that for us. Sean seemed like an honest person; I got an upfront estimate on a quarterly maintenance program, but he also said the traps we already laid out could be enough to keep bugs out. He also let me know that there are other things I could do myself before committing to the maintenance program. Within a day or two I got a email with more details on the maintenance program, along with the pictures he took of each hole in my unit. So even though it had only been an initial inspection, I got enough information to be satisfied with Pest Tech Hawai'i.

Although I had to remove everything from all rooms being treated they were more than thorough with their treatment. We are delighted with Environ's service. Office staff are friendly and accommodating. On-site service people are always cheery, very thorough, and will always take the time to address any issue we have. When a new issue (e.g. a new ant intrusion) occurs they will schedule an additional call to follow up on the immediate response. We couldn't ask for a more complete, thorough and friendly level of service.

This past December and January, I had MPM come out to treat drywood and subterranean termites at my property. They were very quick to respond when they were getting their money, got the jobs scheduled and did it. That part was fine. I was even told I was covered for 5 years for a retreatment if any termite activity was found! Afterwards, we started renovating the property and nearly everyday my contractors were telling me they were were still finding termite frass and active termite activity. I reached out to Menehune and asked them to honor the terms lf their warranty (why would I even lie to them about this?) They said the owner had to come see it for his own eyes before he would honor the warranty. Its now been nearly 4 weeks, I've called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Owner has never came. Ive emailed them picturee, no tesponse. They obviously have no intention of honoring their warranty. I would recommend any other company, I feel duped and lied too and now have to pay for a retreatment within 4 months of having my house treated extensively by this company under the promise they'd retreat it if this exact situation occurred. AVOID.

We tried to use one of those flea bombs from city mill, but even after we did it twice, the fleas didn't go away. So I called Aaron and he returned my call later that afternoon. Luckily, he was in the area the next day! Score! He came in the time window, sprayed his special spray, and killed all the fleas in one session! They never came back and it's been months now! What I like best about Aaron is his honesty and dedication to doing a good job for his clients. He truly cares about what he does and it's not all about trying to make money (I had called other companies and they wanted to get me on a 6 month plan for the fleas in my garage). I had a termite problem recently and I called him again, hoping he could do some ground treatments for me. But after checking it out, he was honest with me and told me I needed to tent my house (he doesn't do tenting) and the spot/ground treatments would not work well in my case. Again, his honesty and integrity shines. Needless to say, he's my pest control guy and I recommend him to everyone and anyone!!
