After multiple visits and imaging, communication and follow-up were extremely poor. I requested a simple call to review my CT results but received no response and was only contacted 20 days later. In the meantime, I was billed for the scan without getting timely results or a clear care plan. The lack of communication and delays made an already difficult recovery more stressful and costly. My daughter was very irritable and screaming crying because she was not feeling well. Christina had so much patience with my daughter and did not force the evaluation. She diagnosed my daughter with an ear infection and also made the decision to test her for the flu based on my daughter's symptoms, which I'm very happy she did because my daughter had Influenza A. She explained her diagnosis and her treatment to me so clear. Even though the urgent care co-pay is steep for me ($50), I would not hesitate to bring her back here because she was well taken care of. I took her last Tuesday for a procedure, she followed up on Friday, and then again this morning. We are VERY happy with the care she has received. Her infection is clearing up, and she has received great follow up care. All of the information is also update to her MyChart account so her primary physicians can follow up on the procedure she had.
