So thanks to the staff for making visits to this facility a little more bearable. I've been to this Urgent Care twice to retrieve covid tests for travel and work. With each visit, the staff have been spot on with their customer service--from the folks who attend the front desk to the nurse who performed the testing. They were all super nice, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. The other good thing about this Urgent Care is that once you are in their system, the check-in process is simple. That speeds things up quite a bit. Also, I probably shouldn't say this too loudly, but the lines for covid tests are typically short here, which is unusual for the area!

I was examined and he refused to prescribe the medication I always was giving at another urgent care. He saw my medical chart and still refused I was in extreme pain and he said he wouldn't prescribe anything at lease 10 times. The visit was to scam my insurance and waste my time. I will have my friend go visit and get prescribed medication then I will write a formal complaint to his license board. Very unkind doctor that shouldn't be allowed to treat animal let alone patients. I will never return. He also left me in doctors office waiting an hour to be examined. I feel he got a kick out of seeing me in pain. Very unprofessional and just plain mean no compassion for sick patients.

After multiple visits and imaging, communication and follow-up were extremely poor. I requested a simple call to review my CT results but received no response and was only contacted 20 days later. In the meantime, I was billed for the scan without getting timely results or a clear care plan. The lack of communication and delays made an already difficult recovery more stressful and costly.
