My only issue with it is most F45's offer a free class to try them out, but this one does not (franchise I assume). They only have a three classes in a week for $30 option, which I didn't take because I only planned on going the one time, so I paid a ridiculous amount of money to do the one class. In fact, I went there on opening day and they didn't have a free option then either. They should offer a free class to try out or a highly discounted one for first visit; like $10. Anyway overall I don't think it's worth it to pay $150-$250 per month, especially since I personally don't think people should be training that intensely every day. I have been a part of several amazing gyms, I have had the privilege of coaching so many people over the years, and I owned my own CrossFit gym for 5 years. When I decided to sell my gym, I thought I was done with CrossFit. I tried going to a traditional gym - but I was bored. I didn't think I'd be able to find another gym where I felt as comfortable and welcomed as my own. But, thankfully, I was so wrong. Immersion is run by owners and coaches that are just as, if not more, passionate as I was. It has top-of-the-line equipment. Everything is always clean. The set-up with two rooms allows them to run two different style classes at once. As a busy professional, and father of 3 young boys, I love their schedule with classes throughout the day, and I appreciate that I can bring my boys to take the kids class while I take the Crossfit class at the same time! The members are all ages and fitness levels. Their coaches really put in the extra effort to not only make sure everyone is safely and effectively working out, but also that it is a fun, welcoming environment. While I still love F45's training model and the camaraderie of the people in my class, I am sorely disappointed with the turnover of the staff and trainers. Last September 2021, the gym was bought by new owners. It seemed evident from the beginning that they were more interested in profits than people. Whenever we get a great trainer, they get fired or quit. It's been a constant revolving door filled with empty promises. I go to the gym for good vibes and they're just not there anymore.
