CrossFit itself is a community, and you really feel it here. From coaches to members, everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed in a genuine way. Wether your an athlete or it's your first day, they make sure each individual understands and executes the exercise correctly before adding weight. This is something very important, making people comfortable with the movement and decrease the risk of injury. By the middle of the workout, you're sweating all that you've got and then... your done. This exhilarating feeling of "I finished, I got through this and I'm so much better for it". That's what you come back for.
