The other two had vehicles at the garage doors waiting. I pulled behind the car at the 1st stall and after waiting 15 minutes an attendant walks up signals to wind my window down and proceeds to say" hey pal you know you cut in front of that other guy" for starters who's "pal" secondly what other guy? There was a white truck with no one in it pulled off to the right not in the automatic lanes? I proceeded to say didn't look like that truck was in line, hence I pulled into the 1st bay. There's no signs, no lines on the ground to denote where to wait. As he walked away without answering me shaking his head I simply pulled away and went down the road to the next car wash. Didn't have to wait, and got my truck washed in 7 mins happy as can be! It's so sad that people can't choose to communicate with kindness, instead choose ignorance and to belittle these days. I wouldn't recommend supporting this rude business.

The self service bays are great as well! Always high pressure, doesn't take long to switch solutions (a problem most self service bays have and you end up wasting time). They have 2 high pressure bays in the back past the automatic bays and they're my go to for when I need to really shine up my car!

I took my car to Mount Carmel and was totally blown away by the professionalism and care shown to me. Keith is my mechanic and I am totally satisfied with his work and the prices are acceptable. I had my car back in record time and I've taken it back again for the yearly inspection. I so appreciated how pleasant Keith is to work with. He kept me informed and answered my questions so I could understand. I would refer Mount Carmel and Keith to anyone. I'm confident they won't be dissatisfied.

Just a heads up, this place is more like a drop-off. Although they have chairs for customers to sit, the environment isn't very conducive for a long relaxing wait.
