Not only did they wait 40 minutes because Crouse didn't have Dad ready, they borrowed a wheelchair from Crouse, got Dad back to Assisted Living, and called me to let me know he was all set and in his room. Dad would have had to sleep on a gurney in the hall of a hospital if not for U-Connect. The owner and driver were so friendly and helpful.
