Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. I gave another description of the problem, and Andi informed me of the initial cost to come out and advised me of the Yelp coupon which I had known about. Anything above that cost would be discussed before the work would be done. I made an appointment to have EP Electric come out, and Andi and his assistant showed up as scheduled.
