I bought that monthly full service package for $39. They gave me dash wipes and air fresheners. I couldn't be happier. Car looks amazing.

Love the Car Wash service. It's easy and the membership is perfect. Sometimes the traffic can get backed up on the weekends.

Went for the highest tier car wash and found my car still fairly dirty when I got home! Extremely disappointing wash.

Guy yelled at me when I told him I wanted to remove my antenna myself so it would not break. Also barely any water hits your car. Car still had dirt film on it. read more

My second time coming to this car wash, I was offered the unlimited monthly package for double the price of one car wash so I said yes. Turns out when you get the gold unlimited membership, your monthly sign-up discount is 15 bucks so you get a whole month for the price of one car wash. This car wash has the basic wash plus wheel bright, under body rinse, hot wax, triple foam conditioner, sealer wax, and tire shine. Not bad! If you do choose to cancel your monthly subscription you need to give them a seven day notice. Or your card will continue getting charged and if you don't use the car wash enough to make it worthwhile, at least twice a month, that would defeat the purpose of a discount. With all the salt and dirty snow on the roads these days, I'm sure it'll be put to good use. read more

This place is solid. Pretty busy but moves fast. The vacuuming area is FREE which is nice as well. They take both card & cash. I got the gold package and thought it did a decent job as my car was fairly dirty. read more

This car was is very convenient where they offer a membership. They do not vacuum your vehicle, but provide the vacuums to do so yourself. They have different level of packages to choose from. It goes pretty quick once you're scanned in and go through the wash, but a lot of times, especially on a nice day, be prepared for long lines. The line will be backed up on Maple Ave. read more

April 27, 2024 vehicle damage occurred on my front end at the FairLawn car wash. I have requested a video of the incident several times. I have been in contact with Josh to release the video. Josh has responded to me one time texting back that approval is needed to release the video. Josh no longer responds to my emails. Customer Service is terrible, I am still waiting. They told me that paying for 1 month of carwashes was the same price as a single car wash so I said sure. A month later my credit card wash charged again for a higher amount. They absolutely never disclosed it was a monthly subscription. I've contacted them 6 times about a refund and they will not hell over the phone and don't respond to the contact form. I'm from Texas but I drove my Tesla to New Jersey & looked for a Carwash. I came here because of the good reviews & star rating but unfortunately I couldn't share that same sentiment as most of you. There was one lane to pull in to begin the process. It was packed so the lane spilled into the street & we are snail crawling into the wash. Once you make it on car wash property there are vacuums on the left but for me there were no empty spots. You are forced to continue ushered along & u have to get lucky to get a vacuum spot. Well I didn't so now I'm forced a long to the 2nd part to get the car wash. I pay 18 dollars for the works & they send me thru the machine & when it spits you out, they do have staff at the end that dries your vehicle which is amazing. So now the outside is clean but my interior is sh*t & there is nothing I can do about except for getting back in the snail line & starting all over again to potentially still not get a vacuum. Shout outs to CJ's for bringing back the original self vacuuming attachments! They switched over to something newer not so long ago, the nozzle wouldn't fit anywhere you needed it. Cup holders, sides of the seats, door pockets. Not the case anymore, place has the strongest suction East of the Mississippi. Let the good times roll read more

I hadn't been to this car wash in a while but I went today. I paid $30 for the "gold package" and when my car came out at the end, I was surprised that there wasn't the usual team of people who hand dry the car and vacuum inside like they used to. Instead, I pulled back into the line of cars to get a parking spot to vacuum the interior myself. They used to give you a light interior cleaning, and for for $30 plus tax I didn't realize I would have to do all the manual work! Then you have to get back into the line of cars to pull out into the exit. read more

Vacuums are good at suction. Nice car wash. Had to cancel membership because don't use often. Overall will do single washes there.
