When I picked it up Jeff informed me that the battery was fine and that there was probably something wrong with the stem as he was able to change the time and date, but it still wasn't running. I pointed out that the stem was certainly in all the way when I gave it to him - now it was sticking out slightly. Furthermore, and more concerning, was that I noticed he damaged the top of the diamond bezel. There is now a missing diamond as well as the metal around the diamond (see photo - looks like there's a hole at the top of the bezel). Jeff immediately became defensive, denied any responsibility and insisted I watch a video, to see that "he did not drop the watch or take a hammer to it". He also said he purposely video tapes repairs for "people like me" who accuse him of stealing diamonds. I most certainly did not think he "stole" a diamond chip. I did not accuse him of stealing. I know 100% that he damagaed my watch.The video shows absolutely NOTHING. It is taken so far away and when he zooms in, it's impossible to make out what he's working on...very blurry/bad quality. He most likely damaged the bezel when he removed the back of the watch to check the battery....probably with a tool he gripped it with. I don't think it was intentional. Jeff was quite rude and unprofessional, and denied any wrong doing! He should look at the video of my watch as I was holding it at the counter when I gave it to him, in perfect condition...oh wait, he can't because the video is just as horrible as he was! I will NEVER go there again and I strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere!!!

I brought by 2 pieces for repair and they had them ready within 2 days! Even went above and beyond and cleaned my jewelry for me and checked my pieces to see if they needed additional repair ( which they did). I purchased a blue dial Rolex 1603 for my husband earlier this year. The watch had serious mechanical issues (lost 20-min a day, second hand stalled, skipped, and jumped between 30-40 sec marks). He sent back to T&H for service 16 weeks ago and has not received an update nor a response to numerous emails inquiring about the status. He had friends email T&H about purchasing watches in the shop (to verify he had the correct email address) and T&H responded to them within 1-2 hours, but for some reason T&H has not responded regarding a watch they sold. I am in the process of getting my money back from my credit card company (I would not recommend purchasing via wire). Check out other reviews; they tell the same story. If you purchase from T&H, I hope it goes better for you. If the blue dial 1603 from 1974 is listed again, verify it is running properly, but maybe avoid it altogether.
