I planned out and designed my entire kitchen remodel and they did it 100% to my specs. I have no idea how they can give you a timeline to completion but they did even with a few "OOPS" along the way concerning pre-existing structural errors they had to correct 1st, prior to proceeding. -100% professional and I trusted all the workers to be in my home for a few weeks. I was lucky and am retired so I was home during the complete install. A very tough position to be in if you're a contractor because you are very likely to have interactions with these guys during the day and what a pleasant experience I had with all of them. This is the 1st. day without any of these guys and I feel a little lost not having them in my home 5 days a week for weeks. -These guys respect your home and your wishes 100%. Always spent a minimum of 30-45 minutes every day to clean up any messes that were created by the daily construction. -Always had at least 2 guys a day here working from the minute they arrive and NOT stopping until end of day. Never seen such integrity in a hired contractor before and work ethics second to none! -I had over 5 estimates and Joe was the first one to respond timely and none of the other 4 contractors measured up to Joe. My gut said "Pick Joe" and I'm 100% satisfied not only with their work but their ability to accommodate my needs and wishes were always addressed. Each of their specialized workers was extremely personable and I had to often catch myself, as I was distracting them with chat, from performing their job. -I not only have a new "Go-To" contractor but have made some new friendships along the way. What a wonderful and positive experience I had. Let me save you the aggravation of seeking a great contractor. Truly one call and you're all done. Oh yea, their price was not only competitive but extremely reasonable. At "no" point did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of. Go for it!!!! The place was completely gutted down to studs and John and his team transformed this space. They did everything from hanging and finishing drywall to installation of cabinets, sinks, showers, tile flooring in bathroom, and lvp flooring in other rooms. He was able to take down and move walls to enlarge the bathroom as before it was just too small. He opened up the door way to the living room to make it feel more spacious. He also added beautiful built in shelves for more storage in the bathroom. He was able to add a stackable washer and dryer to the corner of the kichen for our tenants. The end result is amazing and I have received many compliments on how beautful the place is. He was responsive and took on any extra additional work we needed and worked nights and weekends to get the job get done. I've also used John on a job at my home. Hlast year he painted my cabinets. Him and his team demo'd our old bathroom and glued tile to the shower walls that were chipped, broken and uneven which resulted in uneven, crooked grout lines and left us having to replace tile and grout again after we fired him from the project. When I asked his workers why they were putting chopped and cracked tile up that was uneven, they said "you were in a hurry for a shower, right?" The workers, Tone, Travis, Bruce and Anthony he had were less than skilled leaving unfastened molding and trim against the bottom of the wall, breaking brand new tile, creating bigger than needed holes in our ceiling for can lights, leaving live electrical wires dangling from the ceiling and scratched vinyl flooring that they just installed. Not sure if this was all due to their lack of experience or the weed they were smoking on the job that probably impaired their ability to do the work properly. John also never arrived to our house when he said he would. Said he would be here at 9am. Then texted at noon and said he'd be there by 3pm. When he finally did show up, he would work for a hour and then disappear. This happened almost every single day. And when he did show, he did subpar work, dropped our butcher block on the ground, cracked a brand new vanity sink, broke a coffee maker and much more. He does not know basic math either.. I had to keep ordering more tile and flooring as he was not able to properly give me the correct amount the first time. He is going to say he is going to do something and then not do it. The certified and licensed professionals we hired after John to FIX all the mistakes and complete the work in our house were shocked at the less than acceptable quality of his work and could not believe how much we paid him to basically do nothing but create more work and a bigger mess. We hired him because he was able to start right away and what a mistake that was. If you ever come across this person or his employees, RUN! The I only thing John Giordano is good at is over promising, underdelivering and cashing checks.

At the time, the window size was bigger than what I had prior, and when he asked me how I like it, I said: It's bigger, I like it. What I had noticed after the job was complete and the dust settled.. he installed an Anderson window. It's over the kitchen sink, I had to drill 2 palm lifters myself, no idea how anyone opens an Anderson window. Its cheap and a tingy window when you tap on the glass. I hate that window. It's new construction and not easy to just swap it out with another. It's missing the upper grates in the window to match Every single window in the house. Why he didn't listen to the homeowner - who asked for a certain type of window (to match the rest of the house) .. is Beyond me. I honestly wished I never paid him for that window, he should have eaten the cost himself for that. It's been 10 yrs and I detest that window to this day. UGH

We contracted John to build an addition onto our 150 year-old house and to build a new detached…read moregarage. The work included three separate excavations and foundations and also included gutting and renovating an old kitchen. Prior to bringing John onboard, we worked with an architect to design all of the new construction and renovated space. Our architect had worked with John a number of times before so we thought we'd give him a shot at our job. John was easy to work with. His quote was detailed and allowed for us to make changes to better fit our budget. He was helpful with questions we had, like which materials were included and which we had to be responsible for (e.g. electrical, plumbing, insulation). Once we signed the paperwork, John quickly got things moving with the building permit and lining up subs, e.g. masons, and material deliveries. Throughout the project, there was steady progress nearly every day. We were never left wondering if someone was going to show up or not. John was good about communicating schedule updates. He brought in a helper when there was heavy work to do, like framing or installing windows and doors. Other times he worked solo, such as when doing interior trim work. He brought in subs (masons, roofers, drywallers) when it made sense to do so. He also handled a lot of the coordination of trades we were responsible for arranging, such as the sprayfoamers. He kept the work site clean and picked up at the end of each work day. It was a pleasure to see the detail in the work John did, particularly in two respects. First, he was very precise and paid close attention to dimensional accuracy. Things were square and plumb, and the fit of components like doors, windows, and especially trim work, were exceptional. Secondly, he built things strong! Where the building plans left room for interpretation, and where weird situations revealed themselves (not uncommon when marrying new construction to really old houses), John developed solutions that were clearly never going to fail and would last a lifetime. It was apparent that his approach to work was to build in quality and not take shortcuts that could compromise the end result for the customer. The lasting impression we have from working with John is he does very high quality work. He is straightforward to work with and he works very hard. He doesn't do things on the cheap and you get what you pay for with him. He's reliable and a pleasure to work with. We recommend him highly.
