Their quote wasn't as low as quotes from unverifiable sources (ie craigslist or such), they were much lower than the big box stores, and a few local shops. The Service: Mallo is good about working with your schedule to make the initial measurements. They don't stock the windows, so there was a couple week wait between the time I contracted the work, and the time it was completed, but nothing too long. They did a quality install job, and I've since called them back to do another window (currently on order). They have a small but nice showroom, making me rest assured I am in good hands and not some fly by night operation. I haven't looked into kitchen / bath renos with them, but plan to get more quotes from them in the future. Look back here for updated reviews as they will probably be my go-to guys.
