Why take days to process my order then say you will not receive the item so you have to cancel my order. If you don't have it or the item won't come in then list it out of stock. Horrible experience. I did find a card that I wanted, however they were asking 25% over comps. I showed them four recent comps, offered that exact amount and was told no. Not a counter offer. Just said no and put the card back in the case. Two of the folks were trying to get the other one to do the "tasks" that had been assigned...and the owner was answering calls and never looked up from his laptop. I'll give them another shot if I find myself in the area again, but won't go out of my way to visit the shop.

On our last visit no one asked if we needed help checking out and it was pretty obvious that two elderly people were trying to figure out the checkout system. After a few minutes we figured it out. Something I feel the need to add: we came back to see if they had a particular frame still in stock, and they did. I'm happy to know we can count on an inventory item being there even after a year. So many stores switch up inventory and you can never get the same item if it breaks or you want another one. Good job, Michael's!

I could of spent thousands of dollars at this store. It's got so much to offer at prices I can't complain about. One of the best stores at this mall period!
