After they canceled my order I get an notification saying it's back in stock, so I placed an order again. This time it didn't cancel my order. Couple days later, I get an email saying they canceled my order and said that they won't receive the item for some reason. Why take days to process my order then say you will not receive the item so you have to cancel my order. If you don't have it or the item won't come in then list it out of stock. Horrible experience. Fast forward to recently, my girlfriend and I got back into collecting Pokémon cards. When she suggested giving The Collector another try, I was hesitant, but we decided to check it out again. To their credit, the pricing has improved compared to what I remembered, even though it still tends to be on the higher side. We also met a few people there and started making friends, which made the experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, over time, those friendships seemed to fade for no apparent reason. It started to feel like we were being singled out or treated differently, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable. Whether that was intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome and targeted. Because of that experience, we've decided not to return.
