He never gave us ANY documentation to show the problem(s). So how can you know what to fix if you don't know the problem. My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I also emailed the General Manager and got no response from him after several days. Reviewing to warn others. We did not have to pay any of those fees at another dealer. I do want to commend Sales Agent Taylor! She was fantastic! Did a great job and had us sold on two options and vehicle price. I feel bad she lost the sale because of her manager.
