When he went to get he was told that it was accidentally given to someone else because all of the tags on the mowers had been blown away in a storm . The owner said he would give us a comparable mower over 3 weeks ago and we have been there 4 times to pick up what he always says will be ready tomorrow mower , never having one ready . We would have been satisfied with that . Last Thursday was the last straw as it has been 6 weeks and he still did not have one ready . We are paying our neighbor 30 dollars a week to mow our lawn . I would never ever do business with this person again .

It even sounded like from our conversation that pickup would be that evening or the next day. The next afternoon Friday I left a message on the generic phone number Chad gave me asking if he would be able to pick up and repair scooter. Left my phone number. Monday still no word from Chad. I ordered a battery from Walmart and will get a friend or my brother to change the oil. Wonder if I will ever hear from Chad? I really had high hopes for this local shop but I see they have no idea how to run a business. 9/19/18 update. Chad called to apologize.
