Something happened that caused the blade deck to drop on one side. It caused one blade to stick into the side of the deck and damage the motor on that side. It needed a lot of expensive parts to repair. Don and Rachel contacted the company to seek warranty coverage and stayed at them until the company agreed. They installed all the new parts, which included a new deck and 1 motor, etc. and brought it back to spec. It is working as it did when brand new and it cost me ZERO. Based upon my experience, I have nothing short of 5 star praise for them and would recommend them to anyone seeking repairs or looking to purchase electronic lawn care equipment. As a side note, they do not sell the "Yard Force" line of equipment, but handled it as if I had purchased it from them.

When he went to get he was told that it was accidentally given to someone else because all of the tags on the mowers had been blown away in a storm . The owner said he would give us a comparable mower over 3 weeks ago and we have been there 4 times to pick up what he always says will be ready tomorrow mower , never having one ready . We would have been satisfied with that . Last Thursday was the last straw as it has been 6 weeks and he still did not have one ready . We are paying our neighbor 30 dollars a week to mow our lawn .
