They were very nice, friendly, and professional. Their English was not that great (by their own admission) so they often used Google Translate on their phone to translate, which actually worked a lot better than I had expected. We were able to communicate with them just fine. They mentioned they were from Russia so if you can speak Russian that would be great. They wanted to connect their pressure washer to our hose to pressure wash the clogged gutters, but our hose recently broke and thus we didn't have one, so they went out to Home Depot to purchase one for the job. They also got on the roof to manually scoop out a lot of the debris in the gutters. To fix the clogged downspout they removed the gutter from the wall and emptied them and pressure sprayed the inside of the gutter to clear them out. The gutters looked pretty good after they cleaned everything out. They also readjusted the gutter to fit into the French drain better (it was misaligned from the previous job from another contractor). We would be happy to call them up again if we had any more house jobs that needed to be done!

I had a situation a couple of days ago that caused me to feel extremely unsafe in my home. I needed to have 2 new deadbolt locks replaced immediately. I called Chris, and explained what was going on. He told me to take pictures of the deadbolts and that he would go to Home Depot to purchase new locks and be at my house asap. A few minutes later Chris called and said he would be there shortly, and that I may not need new locks, because he remembered he has a key kit that might allow him to recalibrate my locks. Within minutes of Chris's arrival, he recalibrated my front door! He then did the same for another door. He then proceeded to check the remaining locks that didn't need to be replaced, but he wanted to make sure they were functioning properly and that I would be ok. I immediately felt save in my home and it was because Chris went over and above to help me. I was frazzled when he arrived, but after he recalibrated the first lock, my anxiety was gone. I'm so grateful I found Chris who not only provides a quality product no matter what the job, but is also someone who truly cares about his customers well being. He proved that to me.

The work ethic, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail. It looks like it came with the house, which is exactly what I wanted. They finished the build correctly and matched the color perfectly. I could have left the house and trusted them completely. He also just genuinely knows his stuff. Like when I asked about weatherstripping, he didn't just say yes and do it. He explained that if your door alignment is off, the weatherstrip isn't going to fix the gap anyway, so let's address the actual problem. That kind of honesty and thoroughness is rare.
