It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

My car desperately needed an interior cleaning with dog's hair everywhere along with nose smudges…read moreand dirt from our hikes. My exterior was also bad with tree sap and road grime. The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. After the foam wash he made sure all the road grime and tree sap was off before applying the ceramic coating I asked for. This is my new detailer from now on and I don't even have to leave home.

Today my 12 hour shift became a 15 hour shift, and on 2 hours of sleep the night before. Dragging my tired and hungry self home to get a few hours of studying bed when my sister called. She had a flat tire. No problem I thought... I can change a tire in a few minutes. Cut to an hour later, we're frozen, she is near tears, and I'm beyond tired. A very nice gentleman has stopped to help and given up. A Kego Harbor police officer has tried, made a trip back to the station and tried again... no luck. The bolt that holds the under mounted spare is rusted and partially broken now. The police officer offers to call a tow truck. Turns out it was JJs. They showed up in less then 10minutes! Expecting to get the car towed at this point. The driver, who sadly I didn't catch his name, has the bolt off in less then a minute. And the spare on and we are on the road home in less then 5 minutes! So grateful for everyone's help tonight. The driver from JJ had no idea what kind of day I had, just wished me a good night and sent us on our way. I won't forget his, or any of their kindness anytime soon. Thank you so much, again!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had…read more My vehicle was towed after I parked on a residential street in front of my friend's house where I've parked many times before. There are no signs indicating that parking was prohibited on that side of the street. When I first contacted the tow company, I was quoted approximately $100 to retrieve my vehicle. I was told I could come get it the next day. However, when I attempted to retrieve it, I discovered they would not release the vehicle that day, despite their website indicating they operate 24 hours. No one had informed me there was a cutoff time or that additional storage charges would continue to accumulate. By the following day, the amount due had jumped to approximately $370. The most disturbing part wasn't even the money--it was the way we were treated. From the moment we walked into the office, the staff were immediately hostile, argumentative, and confrontational. Instead of calmly answering questions, they repeatedly accused us of lying and escalated what should have been a straightforward vehicle release into an unnecessary confrontation. It felt like they had no interest in explaining the charges or resolving the situation professionally. I simply wanted to understand why the price had nearly tripled and why I had not been told about the additional fees when I called. Rather than receiving clear answers, I was met with hostility and they assaulted my friend surrounding him right in his face trying to get him to fight them. It was so messed up! If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with this company, document everything. Ask for itemized receipts, write down the names of everyone you speak with, record the dates and times of every phone call, and verify every fee before you hang up. I certainly wish I had. Avoid this company at all costs, they are crooks.
