I took my new Truck here after I had had a great experience with them before with my Mazda CX-5. This time I dealt mostly with Taylor although Amy was excellent last time as well. They got me in quicker than expected, kept me abreast of my repair and finished the repair two days sooner than I was told to expect. When I picked up my Truck it looked great! After receiving the estimate showing that my car was totaled and not repairable I went to the collision center to pick up the rest of my belongings from the vehicle(2017 black focus ST). When I got to the car the front badge on the bumper was missing and the floor mats were missing out of my car. The car had been in the dealer for a couple of days since they had taken pictures of it so they could verify that both the mats and front badge were on the car when the car was dropped off. When questioning the front desk about our mats they said they had no idea what happened and said that they'll check with their porters tomorrow. I can't believe that varsity collision would employ such people that steal things from peoples cars. The next day when we returned they were still missing and at this point I probably should've filed a police report but I gave them yet another chance and after waiting an hour for the car porter to drive back up to the office with the mats he returned and said "Sorry, I thought you already grabbed everything you wanted out of the car." Which is funny because no matter the condition of the car it wouldn't be his. I still owned the car and even after that it would be property of the insurance company. This car porter blatantly stole stuff from my car and who knows what else he'll steal while working there. I'm wondering what Varsity Lincoln does with employees that Steal from a clients vehicle? read more

Worst experience ever! If I could choose 0 star's, I would. I have never been talked to or treated this way by any dealership or establishment, for that matter. My insurance company was not the problem in this matter. Trying to rip them off and not repairing the vehicle properly has absolutely nothing to do with them or myself. I made an appointment for an estimate after the week of high winds in March blew my car door open and bent the hinge. A few years back I had taken my older Jeep in for a dent and was very happy with their work. My car was looked at and I was given an estimate, I had not planned on waiting but was told by Robby? that the techs would take a look and see if they could fix it that day, or if a part would need to be ordered. After a small wait time, was informed door was fixed, and at a very reasonable price! Made my day!...and would definitely go back. read more

In the beginning I was happy with their customer service. I was able to get a cheap loaner vehicle. My car had gotten hit and wasn't safe to drive. 10 days later, I picked it up. I got in and started the car and there were 3 security lights lit and would not go out. So I had to go back i to the dealership and have them take a look at that. They did a diagnostic check but never told me what the issues were. The person who brought my car back didn't park it up front to where I was waiting. He parked it across the parking lot and I had to retrieve it from there. Walked through Ice and mud in the parking lot. Then after I left, I realized when I would brake my car would pull to the right and instead of me being able to take it back in tomorrow. I have to wait till Monday. I don't know how safe my brakes are now. Those weren't even the issue prior to the guy crashing into my car. My question is this, do they not drive the car to make sure it was ok after they did their repairs??? OBVIOUSLY NOT. Or else they would have noticed the lights lit up and the brake pull. I was 3 hours late to work today because of their carelessness and I have to miss more work on Monday. Do yourself a favor and find a better body shop out there. read more

NIGHTMARE!!!! The good reviews are probably fake! Save yourself the headache. My car was supposed to be done in 6 weeks, it had driver's side damage from an accident. First of all, the car took an extra month over the 6 weeks. They blamed it on the parts being delayed. After they told me for the first 2 months they weren't able to give me a loaner car and I paid almost $2500 for a rental they all of a sudden were magically able to give me a loaner when I threatened to call the owner because they had my car for 2 months. So, I go to pick up my car. The side was repaired, but the FRONT END was completely dented in & had severe paint damage (which wasn't even part of the accident). They blamed the "tow truck" and asked my insurance company to pay for it because they didn't want to take responsibility, which they did. So, now they take my car back to do the repairs on the front end. Going on THREE MONTHS now that they had my truck. So, finally they finish the front end and I cannot make this up my whole back bumper was deeply scratched up when I go back. DOMINIC BLAMED IT ON THE "DETAIL SHOP" and then proceeded to say the F word in front of my 7 year old daughter and started screaming at me that the damage was already there (which it was not) and he realized that when he checked the photos from when they got the car. So now he is on the phone screaming at the insurance company AND me saying every curse word in the book. Then he walked away & said he isn't dealing with this & to "sue him". I finally demanded to talk to the general manager and he was far from concerned about his employee's behavior. He assured me they would fix this. A week later they tell me to come get my car: guess what!??? I go and it is still completely scratched up!!!!! Now at this point they have had my car for 3 months. The GM, Rudy blamed his unprofessional behavior on his kids having a car accident & Dominic said his unprofessional behavior was due to a family emergency. I'm sorry but you need to learn to separate your WORK from HOME! You should have a professional attitude at work, they act like a bunch of street thugs. So the ending , I go get my car. The drivers side window is still chipped, which was supposed to be repaired & there are wires hanging out from the bottom of my truck. After they had my car for 3 months. No lie. I now am dealing with my insurance to bring it to yet ANOTHER collision shop because I refuse to deal with these fools. Rudy & Dominic should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! Who curses in front of a 7 year old child at a woman "because you are having a bad day"!!! FIRE THEM!! And then the secretary, Haley really had the audacity to come in with an attitude complaining because I didn't leave the loaner car on a FULL TANK OF GAS! This is after they had my car for 3 months & messed up every part of it & I made at least 5 trips to the collision shop & she really has the audacity to comment about 15$ of gas!!! FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Go somewhere else there is hundreds of collision shops. Save yourself the headache. read more

My husband had been there on a Friday to talk to someone about fixing our car so I went there the next Monday to drop it off. The lady sitting on the left was not busy so I approached her and explained my husband had been there, talked to someone and even got an estimate so I told her I was there to drop the car off. She replied she didn't have any information on the computer and I couldn't just go there to drop off and leave. That's when thing started to get ugly. I tried to explain to her that since we had a paper with an estimate that means someone got the information about our car so I asked her what do you need from me because I'm on my lunch break so I can't stay here all day. Gave her all the info and still waited there one hour for her to give me what papers she needed me to sign. Apart from that she was extremely rude and even though I had told her I needed to go she kept saying you can't just come here and ask someone to jump and expect them to do that. Lesson learned! Not coming to this place anymore whatever I need to get done with my car. read more
