My aunt and I ate here together last week and paid with two separate credit cards. Within several days, both of us had multiple unauthorized charges appear on those cards, totaling more than $600 each. This was also the only establishment we'd visited together recently, and my aunt rarely uses the card she used here. Coincidence? Possibly. We cannot know where our card information was compromised, and I am not accusing Center Stage TPC or any employee of stealing our card information. But two people using separate cards at the same restaurant and then both experiencing substantial fraud within days was concerning enough that we felt management should take it seriously. Unfortunately, their response was completely underwhelming. We weren't asking for compensation--we wanted them to investigate and make sure other customers weren't potentially at risk. Instead, we were told that employees undergo background checks and that security footage had been reviewed and showed nothing suspicious. When we specifically asked whether they had physically inspected their card readers/payment equipment for possible tampering or compromise, we received no meaningful answer or assurance that they would do so. An employee background check and a review of security footage does not address that concern. Again, I can't say where our cards were compromised. What I can say is that two people in the same party experienced significant credit-card fraud on two separate cards within days of eating here, and I found management's response to that extremely concerning and inadequate. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable using a physical credit card here again. Other customers deserve to know what happened and can make their own judgment.

After multiple visits I've decided his is not worth the money. I've tried their Cheesburger (large but no flavor) and fries (frozen and were cold). Their Blackened Talapia (Raw and slimy), and their Pasta(bland). Each time I've left feeling utterly disappointed as I spend good money for something I can cook better at home for less. Ive noticed the bartender is almost never at the bar to take drink orders so my drinks are late and once didn't arrive until my dinner was over. Food is ok at best. It tastes and some of it even looks like canned foods.. If you wanna eat outside and enjoy the breeze, don't even think about it.. Their patio always has a ton of gross SMOKERS on it at any given day and time.. I felt like I was in Texas again with a smoking and non smoking section.. Outside is definatley the smoking section here and it's severely gross to take a bite into a sloppy burger and inhale some dude's smoke he just exhaled.. Haven't been to Loveland in a bit. Stopped in tonight and they did not disappoint. We got the Margarita Pizza, Salmon Tacos, and Jalapeño Burger. Food was excellent, service from Stef and Linde were excellent and the new decor was really nice. They have music on the weekends now so hopefully I can make my way back here soon.
