    Mile High Omelette*

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The Breakfast Club is your local, no-frills diner serving breakfast classics.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We arrived during the peak breakfast time, around 10 am, and were able to get seated right away. We were given water right away and our server came over a few minutes later. We opted for the Club Trio and the Mile High Omelette. Both dishes were fresh and hearty. My husband and I both love shredded hash browns and these had a nice crunch on the exterior, yum. You won't go wrong stopping in for your breakfast staple dishes here!

I've lived here 8 years and have driven by many times, but finally had a chance to go in. It's not a "club". It's just a name. No membership required! The interior decor is tired, but the food and service are popping!!! I don't mind the decor because unlike everywhere else these prices are a great value. Huge portions of really delicious food served hot, fresh, and with a smile. The average customer age is, how do I put this,...retired. Clearly this place has a loyal following. And after my first experience I'm now a huge fan. I would absolutely get the corned beef hash Benedict's again. Great flavors, and not as heavy as it looks. I was very full. My friend could not finish their huevos rancheros. It was big. He didn't seem to love his dish as I loved mine. The menu is 5 pages so you'll definitely find something you like.

This is a nice little hole in the wall that is always busy. There are a variety of meals on the menu and I especially like the senior menu for lighter appetites you don't have to be a senior to order from it just have a smaller appetite. The food was done well and the service is good.

I just had to try this restaurant as it is the name of my favorite movie of all time! It didn't disappoint! And seeing how busy they were was a good sign. We were greeted immediately and had only a short 5 minute wait to be seated. Our server was very nice and attentive. I had the traditional eggs Benedict with home fries and a side of bacon. It was delicious and super filling! My friends both had the French toast and another type of Benedict and both really enjoyed their meals. Prices were decent for how much food you get that's for sure! Would definitely come back if in the area again!

They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why. Sliders with sweet potato fries -- fine, nothing extraordinary. Potato éclairs -- . It was really just mashed potatoes with some topping on it. I honestly didn't even finish it. Mountain oysters -- huge letdown. They came out so overcooked they were basically crunchier than potato chips, with the batter crumbling off. I've never had them before, so I didn't get a good representation of how they're supposed to be -- these were just super-cooked batter. On the space: we ended up sitting in three different spots to eat. We went outside by the street first -- super loud, and people were smoking, so we headed back in. The open spot inside was right under the AC and about forty degrees, so we moved to the back area. The back was fine -- covered -- but pretty dirty, with mop buckets and clutter sitting around. The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.

Fresh, quality ingredients, nothing too fancy, just incredible cooking technique for a reasonable "nice dinner" price. The ambiance is small and humble, but still feels like a nice night out. They were attentive without hovering and made sure our drinks and meals arrived promptly. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was fresh, well seasoned, and prepared with care. The presentation was beautiful, but more importantly, everything tasted incredible. The portions were generous, making it easy to feel like you received great value for the money. The dining area was clean, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made the entire meal even more enjoyable. It felt like the kind of place where you could enjoy a casual lunch, celebrate a birthday, or have a nice dinner with family. I can honestly say there wasn't a single thing I would change about my visit. It's rare to find a restaurant that consistently delivers on every level, but this one certainly does. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're nearby, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

No way are their so many five star reviews after the sale of the Fort Collins icon Choice City. This new rebranding of Choice City is way way over priced, totally destroyed the cool beer taps-Chimay Ale used to be on tap. It's all gone, chill vibe, great sandwiches, deli counter meats. All gone. In its place is a sterile Over priced mess of a restaurant that was decorated with on line IKEA furniture and a terrible Sysco Foods mass produced food product. Saturday evening 7:30 found us in a Moot House booth. For a start we ordered the beet salad. Menu says roasted beets but we think these tasted boiled or steamed. That said, they were perfectly cooked, adorning a mixed green salad. I probably would call this a mixed green salad with beets, rather than a beet salad. Greens made up 80% of it. Still a decent salad. For mains, I ordered their Fish and Chips (2 and 3-piece available) and she ordered the Parmesan Sea Bass. The fish and chips were great, crisp, not greasy, and the shoestring fries were fantastic. Sea bass was tasty, Parmesan crusted and pan seared with charred lemon and capers on it. Yum! In prior visits we've had their wedge salad, Brussels sprouts, Reuben, Caesar salad and a few other items. Some better than others (loved the Brussels!) but all were above average for the price. Usually, the food is good and the service is excellent. Well, today she and I had dinner and I was very disappointed. She had the Pub Steak which is her go to dish, although over cooked, she was pleased. I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak. Unfortunately, the steak was almost well done, not even a hint of pink. I am sure most of us have experienced that at some point. I pointed out the problem to the staff and a 'manager' promptly came out to apologize and offer me a new steak. I accepted the offer and finished my potato while watching my mother enjoy her steak. The manager returned with my recooked steak and asked me to check the doneness while she was there. Guess what, it was still overcooked! I did not want to wait for a third steak, so I be agreed to eat the steak, which was OK but not the juicy medium rare ribeye that I expected for $45. To top it off and the real impetus for writing this review was when the manager suggested that if I want a medium rare steak I should just order it rare. Really? To close, all of the wait staff were great, friendly, and efficient. Maybe the waiter was new, because he said that he was sure he could get a discount on the bill for the trouble. I wasn't fishing for discounts, I just wanted to eat a good steak. Unfortunately, the management did not share his interest in admitting their failure in the kitchen. I will probably try to talk my mother into a different restaurant the next time we go out.
