So had a flat. Took it to Cjs on 422 birdsboro. They said my Tmps sensor was the issue. They said they fixed. When I got home tire was flat you could hear air hissing from valve stem. Im so pissed They do lousy work. So now they are paying to get it towed back there and try to fix again. I've had nothing but issues with them. Just last month I had Alignment done. They ruined that worse than before. So I had to take it back to them again finally they fixed the Alignment. Now let's see if they finally can fix tire leak. ​ read more

I purchased new tires somewhere else, but I got my car aligned here. Service was we quick, easy and affordable.

Took my car here for inspection. Dropped off the day before took most of day but was done before closing. The problem was they didn't put a new safety inspection sticker on but had replaced the emission sticker. how can they do that ? Shows poor management When I called about it they took almost two hours (and I did call a second time)to finally tell me they would put a new sticker on. When talking to the manager he wasn't being completely truthful either and didn't offer any apology for making such a stupid mistake. I won't be using this shop in the future and do not recommend it for anyone. read more

I don't get the low star rating here. Every time I've gone here I've gotten great service, honest feedback, and what I've asked for at a fair price. Yes, many of the jobs are while you wait FCFS and you sometimes have to wait a bit but you can trust the diagnosis and the work. People are nice too. read more

This is my second time at CJ's and both experiences were great. This time I had a flat tire that needed a patch. They don't take tire appointments and I came in on a Saturday morning (tip: get there before 9). I had a bit of a wait, but they were transparent about wait time. They found a nail in my tire and patched. My total cost was about $26. The facility is clean (but smells like rubber tires), access to bottled water and wifi, plus the staff was very courteous. read more

They still can't provide a reasonably accurate time frame for service. I had a 10:00AM appointment for service, they said it will be done closer to 1:00PM. They close at 1:00PM on Saturday. I show up at 12:55PM and my car hasn't even been touched yet. I get it, it was a busy day. But no call for a heads up that it will be done past closing time or anything. Car wasn't done until 2:15PM. I walk in asking for help with a hole in my tire, losing air pressure really fast. In desperate need to get a plug so I could make it home. It was 4:45.... The gentleman at the desk said that they are closing at 5pm. And can not help me. Had to stop at 2 gas stations just to make it home. And woke up this morning with a flat tire. I brought my Jeep here 10 years ago and had an awful experience. I recently got a flat and this was the closest tire place. I was extremely apprehensive about going here again, but the staff was all different. They were professional and friendly. My car did not cooperate so I had to go to the dealership. Travis is the most professional and knowledgeable employee I have ever encountered at a CJ location. He is intelligent, well-spoken and knowledgeable about the products he sells. This CJ's Tire is unable to give you an accurate estimate of how long things will take. They don't make appointments for tire related services. Therefore you can show up at 9:30 in the morning and be here till past noon without your car moving. When you just want to get 2 tires mounted and balanced... They make appointments for other work so those people are seen in a timely manner. Which is why I'm so pissed off. You're a place called CJ's Tire... but Tire service comes second to higher cost procedures that can be scheduled for convenience. Don't tell me an hour to and hour and a half and leave me sitting here like a dick. I would be much less angry if you were honest on wait times or just saw all people on a walk in basis. read more

Every time I drop my car of here there is something wrong with it.One time I had a nail in my tire and they tried to tell me I needed two new tires and now I took it for an oil change and they said they couldn't complete till I had a part replaced. Every other time it takes forever to even get an oil change done even when I have an appt. All they care about is money and it shows in the way they talk to you.This was my final time in there.They lost my whole families business. read more

They found me good, 60000 mile tires, for a reasonable price. They got me in quickly and very courteous. They have Wi-Fi available in the waiting room. They were finished with my car including the alignment within the hour they said they would be. read more

I came in on a Monday afternoon needing a new tire. The attendants were friendly and, even though I'd never been there before, "checking in" was quick. They don't take appointments for tires, but it isn't needed. I came in at about 3:45 and was out by 4:30. I needed one tire, they looked at the whole set and gave their recommendation, but that's all it was, a recommendation. There was no hard sell which I appreciated. The recommendation was quickly followed by the price of the one tire I needed and then it was done. Great experience overall, will be recommending to others. read more

Although I could write a BOOK on how unhappy I was, I'll just hit the low points: Dropped my car off at 7:35 am to fix a leak in my tire. Got a call at 8 am that it couldn't be fixed and I'd need a new tire. Ordered two tires and an alignment. At 1 pm, I called for the status. My "specialty" tires hadn't arrived yet. At 3 pm, I got a ride to the shop to check on my car. It was still sitting outside. Seems my tires were on a truck and due to "arrive shortly" because, apparently, they were coming from who-knows-where. Finally saw my car being pulled into the garage at 4:15, and was told it would take about 15 minutes. Sure enough, I got in my car at 4:35 and headed home, or so I thought. Made it halfway to my house and my "low pressure" warning light came on FOR THE SAME TIRE I HAD THE ISSUE WITH! Turned around and went back to the shop, where I was told that they had forgotten to manually reset the warning light. No biggie. At 6 am the next morning, I got in my car to go to a meeting in New Jersey, and my "low tire pressure" light was on again; however, this time, the PSI on the same tire was at 9. Yes...9. Needless to say, I didn't make the Jersey meeting. Went to the shop and waited for them to open. As you can guess, I wasn't the most pleasant person in line. Explained that I paid $500 and change the day before for two new tires, and showed the desk clerk a picture of the PSI reading of 9. Also explained that I had to miss an important meeting and didn't have another eight hours to wait. As it turns out, they were in such a "rush" to get my car completed at 4:30 the day before, they forgot to clean the rim and seal the tire when they switched out the old and new tires. That was the first -- and LAST-- time I will ever go to CJ's Tire & Auto. Save yourself the time and money, and find any other tire repair place to service your vehicle. read more

I recently went to CJ's to get my tires replaced. obviously. they were the cheapest place around. They were able to order the tire I wanted and it arrived quickly. It took approximately 30 minutes to get the tires replaced which I felt was really quick. Also, every employee I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. read more

Really wanted a 2.75 but didnt exist. Service wasn't bad I only went in for a leaking tire cost me 26.50, $10 more than the exact same service in 2011 in Leesport. Took about 45 min. Today I found a nail in my tire when I was putting air in them, so I took it to CJ's to have them patch the hole. First, they called me to tell me that they couldn't patch the hole because of the foam on the inside of the tire and I would need a new one. Because this didn't seem right, I called the tire company to ask if it could be fixed. They told me yes it can be fixed, and I could have CJ's call if they needed to. I gave CJ's the number to call, but we returned before they could call me back after "taking another look." Someone came out and said they couldn't find the leak. I asked if the leak would come from where the nail was, to which they informed me that the nail didn't even puncture the tire. They lied about the entire leak just to have me buy a brand new tire. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received and will never be returning. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. read more

I discovered a cut in my moving truck's tire (LT225/75R16, load range E) and took it by CJ's Tire and Auto to have them check it out and make me feel stupid about not knowing anything about tires. To my delight, they were very nice (I mostly dealt with Ron), didn't pressure me, and even gave me the option of going to another nearby tire business if I wanted the same brand of tire as the original, which they didn't have in stock at the moment. I ultimately decided to go with their tire, which at $151 was $20-30 cheaper than the other place's (different brand, though, so..."apples to oranges"?) and about $100 less than my dad was used to paying for the same type of tire in some shop in Little Rock, AR. So it seems like CJ's is a good place with really reasonable prices! read more

Went here to get tire replaced. Was told it was a Minerva Snow Tire and they could not order it for me. This was yesterday 1/2/16. The Employee told me that my only option was to buy 4 new all weather tires for $777 dollars. Why would I do that when the car was just inspected and the other 3 tires were in good condition? He could have written down for me the numbers to order the tire online and then had me come back to put it on. I have been going there for years and always previously got good service. I am terribly disappointed that this employee was unkind to me and tried to take advantage of me. I will never go there again! read more

How refreshing it is to come across such honest people. We needed new brakes on our Acura MDX and called Acura to get a quote. They, of course, gave us a very high quote and thus we called CJ tire in West Lawn for a quote. Their price was $200 lower for the same exact work and parts. The repairman called us prior to the work being completed as he had 'an issue' that he needed to discuss (never good news!) My husband called and they were able to work out the issue, something about being able to get the rotor off the tire area to replace it. Brad, then told my husband the car was ready (the same day that we brought it in) and that the cost was $240. My husband then said to Brad, "I think you might be mistaken, I was quoted $418 when I brought it in, for 4 new brakes."(as this is what Acura told us we needed). Brad then told my husband that we did not need 4 new brakes, we only needed 2 and that we have another 2 - 3 years before we need the others replaced. Stunning, that Acura wanted us to replace all 4 brakes and charge us much more $. Having CJ Tires do the work for us, we save $400. Thank you CJ Tires, we are customers for life. This is not our first experience at CJ Tires in West Lawn. Each time we have been there, they are always personable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They work is excellent quality! read more

Bought 4 new tires last year from CJs tire for over $800. Since then my tires are always low when the temperature changes. Brought my car to them on four different occasions this year for that exact problem but will not admit there is an issue with the tires. CJs do not guarantee their products or back up their work. The place is close enough to walk home after leaving a car. They appear to overbook, which leaves everyone in a day long rush. They've inspected my cars at least 10 times, and almost always claim work is needed to pass. I do my own work, and every time have found the parts they claimed bad had no defects or wear enough to fail inspection. I was told my car needed front brakes. When I looked, they were like new. Then there were axle seals leaking, and were not. The car had almost 200,000 miles on it, and normal weeping over those miles left a trace of oil. I replaced them only because I had ordered the seals and took the car apart. I showed the old parts to a manager and complained about it when I went back for re-inspection, and he offered to "make it right next time". Calling to see if I could get tires for a car, one employee told me a price; and they "probably have them in stock". Guess I probably could get them, but probably won't go back. read more

I have been using them for about 3 or 4 years for everything from an oil change to get any kind of drive-train work. I try not to drop my car off because if you do then they tend to take their time getting the job done. I dont know if the more time means they will do a better job, but all the work I have gotten done by them has lasted and held up its value. Their prices are reasonable and their labor charges do vary for each job. Such as I had to get my brake rotors replaced and I got the front ones done 6 month before the date I got the rear rotors replaced. And the bill for the rear rotors was way cheaper than the front ones and when I compared the bills. I saw that they didn't charge me for labor the second time which I was super happy about it. I do wish that they did have a better selection of tires, I don't know if its because of the car I drive or what. But yea overall it is a good shop, amazing customer service and they know how to get the job done well enough so that it will hold its value for a good amount of time. read more
