Never have I ever had worst work done. I have more problems with the car than it came with. I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing. E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work. read more

This shop is AMAZING. I took my car here because it failed inspection and every shop I called quoted me well over $1k to fix it. I called Lee Myles, and Brad took the time to explain to me all the issues that failed inspection. Not only was he friendly and patient, but they quoted me HALF of what I was getting from every other shop. As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest people to tell you the facts and get your car fixed for cheap. This was my first time here. Read all the great reviews and decided to give it a try. I called in the morning to ask if there was any availability for an oil change. As stated in other reviews, person on the phone was pleasant. I said that I'd need to pick it up at 1. I got a text after leaving asking if i wanted to decline the text messaging option. I did not. I figured I'd get a text telling me when the car was done. 1 o'clock came and went. No call, no text. Finally, at 1:30, I got a call. I asked the cost- $70 plus! I have never paid that much for an oil change! I questioned it and was asked what I've typically paid. I said, "around $40." Then I was told that i needed to look under my hood because "synthetic only oil is recommended." I won't go back. read more

Came here at the recommendation of my friend who was impressed with their quick and friendly service. I couldn't agree more! I brought my car in for an oil change as well as to check out a rattle that had been coming from near my muffler. Harry told me that they were a little backed up at the moment and that I might have to wait a little bit. I agreed, expecting to sit around for 20 minutes or so before they got to my car. Less than 5 minutes later, my car was up on the lift. If that's what these guys call a wait, I'd love to come on a day where they're fully staffed and there isn't a wait! Best of all, I was out of the shop within half an hour and they located the source of the rattle (a cracked panel welded to the muffler was rattling against the shield adjacent to it) and addressed the issue without any additional cost! All in all, I'm very impressed with this shop and will be back for more of my car maintenance needs. Thanks guys! read more

These people have customer service down to a science! Best experience I have had with a car repair shop I have ever had. Took my Honda CRV in for a tune up. Every time I called in, and every person I spoke to was incredibly nice and helpful. After the initial inspection prior to performing work, I received a text message with a link to a complete report of the initial findings. There were pictures of the team who were performing the service, photos and descriptions of each issue under different headings of "Good" "Moderate" and "Needs Attention." It was very helpful to have all that information to make educated decisions about the service I wanted performed. I highly recommend this place! read more

It's hard to explain just how horrible this experience has been for me without it sounding like I'm making it up, but I'll certainly try to, so that with all luck you'll never end up in the boat that I'm still currently in. If it were possible, I would rate this shop with negative stars. It started with a simple repair and replacement of my master and slave cylinders, which they performed. I still had issues with my truck after, but didn't have time to do anything about it until my clutch broke. I thought to myself, funny how my clutch broke just a few weeks after they did the replacement. The clutch had not shifted right ever since they replaced my master and slave cylinders. Not only did the shop not want to hear anything I had to say about that I felt they were responsible for it, they told me that there was not even a chance that it was there fault, that they do nothing but perfect repairs. Reluctantly, I gave them the go ahead to replace my clutch (which was relatively new). Less than a month after that I take my truck to the dealership, where they inform me that my master cylinder needs to be replaced, yet again. Upon further inspection they determine that this shop was supposed to take a bearing off the old one, and put it back on the new one. They had not. Toyota informed me that is the reason that the master cylinder failed, and also stated that this is why my clutch had failed as well. So, I call the shop up again to inform them of the findings. I was laughed at, I was hung up on couple of times, and was told that dealerships have no idea how to fix their own cars. Lee myles has told me many times that they will be the first ones to reimburse and apologize if they did substandard work, but have yet to do either for me. It has now been roughly 7 months trying to work with the shop to get a dime of reimbursement, or even a slight indication that they might be at fault. They have done nothing but dodge my calls and attempts to resolve this matter. It's clear to me that they have no intention of being reasonable, or even honest in their business dealings. I have written verification from toyota and they're findings, and have still not one sympathy from this shop. About $2,000.00 in repairs, and I'm treated like a cancer. Quite literally the worst customer service I've ever received, or experienced in any way, in my entire life. I wish I would have driven an hour and a half away to the dealership, with a faulty car (mind you could have cost me my life), rather than deal with this shop. Of course, that review isn't likely to really convey how much they have gone out of their way to insult me as a customer, but hopefully gives you an idea of what I'm still dealing with. Choose your shop wisely. If you would like to verify a little of that as well, the better business Bureau has a list of claims much like mine on their site. I have yet to file with them on this matter, but will within a week or so if Lee myles transmission does nothing to resolve this matter. read more

In my never-ending search for quality service, and seeing an imminent need to get repair and proactive work done to my beloved F150, I began my search for a quality mechanic, worthy of my time, money, and online admiration. The search was thorough; my emails out specified that email be the only way to contact me. Out of ten places I contacted, four called me back. Tisk Tisk! Two bounced back undeliverable (You REALLY should update your basic HTML website, guys) and three didn't return my email at all (Merry Christmas?). Then, there was Lee Myles Transmissions and Autocare. These guys... are professionals. Lets expand a bit on that her: Lee Myles was the ONLY company to respond to my specific instructions of email. Numerous times. AAMCO? Naw. Arbogast? Arbo-who? With alacrity and accuracy, they answered every question, dealt with all of my price inquiries and scheduling concerns. When it was all said and done, I had emails with a vehicle health report, I had texted-pictures of additional concerns they wanted to raise. I want to be clear here; at NO time did I ever feel pressured into a service. At no time during our interactions was anything left unclear. I worked with Gabe and Darren who were two of the most professional people I've ever encountered. Together they explained everything I had asked like I was five years old. They stayed after closing to accommodate my work schedule, and even listened to my single point of concern (a very minor suggestion to improve their already impressive customer service). These guys have a great thing going here. I needed an oil change and tire mounted over the weekend. I called Monday morning (twenty minutes prior to their opening) and made an appointment no problem. They even offered a courtesy car to pick me up! Brad and Darren are a breeze to work with and they even performed a free safety inspection and emailed me the summary of what to have worked on in the future. They also let me know of a small trans leak that the dealership had missed. Very satisfied customer :) read more

I dropped my car off and Brad even dropped me off after a diagnostic test drive. They gave me a reasonable quote but then also found out it was a known problem and it was covered by Toyota so I didn't end up getting it done with them. TOTAL CROOKS!!!!! I took my car there for inspection and it didn't need anything. I know this because it was at another station that had run out of stickers. They Passed it but couldn't put a sticker on because they ran out. It had new tires, brakes, rotors, all 4 struts just replaced. Lee Myles come along and says the filler tube is leaking. I looked the car on the lift and they are showing me what they call gas stains on the tank in front of the differential. I see nothing at all. There are no streaks or anything! Just a dirty tank. So they change the filler neck and charge me $50 more for the same part then I could have bought it for at NAPA. I know NAPA charges them less than I can buy it for because they have a business account. So they charged me 50% markup on the part???? F-in thieves!! The old filler neck was dirty looking but the area where it was bad is no where near where they said the gas "stains" where. It was the vent tube and not the filler... NO ONE would have caught that! Almost makes me think they took a pry bar and damaged it for something to fix. In fact a longer piece of rubber gas line where the vent was connected to would have fixed the issue. A $4 part vs $400 all said and done. I will NEVER GO BACK and the little rodent at the counter was mouthy when I questioned him about it. They also forgot to apply the Inspection coupon from their website. They said if I stop back in they will refund me the $25 difference. I guess we will see. read more

I recently was at the Lancaster Avenue Lee Myles location for the first time. My inspection was months overdue and they squeezed me in. I always dread inspection time especially at a new service center - I'm always worried about the "upsale" one tends to get at SOME places. I was so pleased when the only "extra" I was asked about was an oil change (also long overdue - by 20,000 miles actually!) As I sat and waited for my car, several obvious "regular" customers came in to pick up their vehicles - they seemed to have a good rapport with the receptionist as well as the mechanics, AND the franchise owner (a really friendly guy - Darren). I questioned one of them - asked how long he's been coming here (years) and that he's obviously happy with them - he was - said they do a great job. The bottom line? Lee Myles Lancaster avenue IS an open-handed business. I WILL be back and WILL recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new mechanic! Thanks! read more

Brad and the entire staff at Lee Myles took my nightmare of a situation with my 07 Dodge Ram and turned it completly around. My truck had been at Transmissions by Arbogast in Sinking Springs Pa FOUR times for a simple transmission oil pan leak (after they said they rebuilt it when they actually put in a used junk transmission)....... After being treated horribly by their staff and unable to fix their own botched job, I brought my truck to Lee Myles transmission off Lancaster Ave. Brad assured me that they could take care of my truck-- and they did!!.
