PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS LOCATION…read more Purchased four new WeatherReady 2 tires for $1400 to have them installed. Before leaving, I did not check to make sure my tires were on the correct way (because one would assume your tires would be put on the correct way?). The next day I realized that these directional tires were ALL PUT ON BACKWARDS. I returned to the shop who confirmed the tires were all on backwards. Manager stated he was going to "beat the guy who did this." They were able to place the four tires on the correct way within the hour. Nonetheless, this is not a mistake I would expect any reputable tire center to make, as having four directional tires placed on backwards is a major safety risk in winter weather. I took my car for a state inspection the next day, and was notified by the inspector that there is damage to the inside of all four of my cars rims. The damage can be clearly seen on one of the tires in the video attached to the review. I returned to the shop to show them the video and let them know about the damage. They informed me "that type of damage is normal, it's from the wheel clamps that we use." After coming back a second time to have the manager review the damages (after he did not show up for the initial appointment I scheduled) he confirmed that one of the rims did have damage that was excessive. The other three tires have pin marks from the wheel clamp that he would consider normal (please see attached photo of "normal" damage to tires that happens to all tires changed at the shop) He offered to have the one damaged rim repaired as a solution. I was told I could drop the vehicle off at 8am and the fix would only take two hours. After not hearing anything by 12pm, I called for an update and was notified that it would not be completed until 4pm. Unfortunately I was not able to go to work this day because of the delay. In the end, the repair was completed by 530pm. All this said, I paid $1400 for four backwards tires, one damaged rim (now I have a refurbished rim), three rims with pin marks in the rim, over 5 trips to the shop, and a missed day of work. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an automobile business and would strongly advise anyone considering going here to go to another shop.

My husband called the Jiffy Lube in Sinking Spring and could not get a hold of a human to ask about the brake fluid service. What he did get was an AI bot who would answer any questions that he had. He asked the AI bot if that location would be able to top off the brake fluid and the bot said yes. When I took our car in for the service, I was told that they do not top off the brake fluid, but I could pay $149 for a brake fluid flush, which I declined. I suggested that they talk to their general manager about their AI program, but they said that he would not be able to do anything. I left with only the oil changed. My husband called later to complain to the manager, and asked for the name of someone who was higher than him and the manager replied "God". Needless to say, we will not be returning to this or any other Jiffy Lube locations for our oil changes.

Paploskys used to be a great place when Karen was working there. Karen was really good at her Job and one of the things that I commend her for is there would be times where she would be committed with one task and then she would get assigned another next task and the next task and unfortunately I've never once seen her get recognized for the hard work that she had done at that place. Not to mention she was always up front with her customers and that embolizes a good Customer Service Rep. Besides with her knowledge and wisdom as a CSR. Karen really changed that place around from how it used to be to where it's at today and that is all thanks to her as that place had become much busier and stuff was actually getting done. Now the fact that the owner decided to get rid of her for a lazy mechanic that likes to pick and choose what jobs he wants to do and complains about everything under the sun and has a short fuse towards colleagues and customers and should've gotten fired multiple times for insubordination towards the Owner. Also given the lack of work ethnicity that he demonstrates is a prime example of the lack of management that place has. Besides I really wish that there were more people like Karen Lape in this world who are passionate about the job and aren't in it for the politics and knows how to put her ego aside rather than towards the customers.
