He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

Supply chain issues added to the delay of completion however the end result was so worth it. I wonder if I could get two of the same piece to have four to fill my wall up! ". She said " oh ! Haha ok , ok , and I moved on looking for the pieces I originally came in for, (NO photo was taken ). At that very moment mind you we were NEVER welcomed in, No other customers in the store. Just the older gentleman working at this store . This gentleman fiercely rushes over and says with a short manner "no photos can be taken in the store" I responded with my soft voice " oh she didn't" with a smile , She was about to but she didn't. He responded " I find that hard to believe when her phone aimed at the light fixture and snap a shot and bought her hand down, as he was explaining with such a mean gesture and horrible attitude . He then continued to steer angrily at me directly as if I was lying and when I turned back he proceeded to share that my other person took a photo of some light fixture at the entrance.. funny thing was We never even looked at a light fixture, I said SIR! She did not, and it just became ridiculous. He proceeded to argue with me, never in my 39 years have I ever had anyone argue with me over something that could have gone smoother by saying ," ! HI ! Welcome in, just a kind reminder no photography of our store.. " I held my hands up palms out and said " Sir, clearly we are not welcomed here, we are leaving but she did not take any photos, quiet frankly this is gotten a bit absurd. He responded, "well yea ok I'll rewatch the footage of the cameras to verify If it's true.. ( I mean , how old are we ?? ) I laughed a bit because it was preposterous. My designer was there a few days ago working on a Large project for us on multiple Rooms and spoke to Shawn or maybe a Steven or both not sure on a name she gave me a large list of items to look at but we got opposite treatment. Not only were we practically forced out of this store on false accusation but I really felt discriminated, as if I couldn't afford anything in this store ( We can) . I know if I were Caucasian I am sure our treatment would have been different, clearly we were not welcomed. It felt like a pretty woman moment. We were NOT greeted, not given any kind reminder and just mistreated and harassed. No signage anywhere in the store( because I looked as we exited ) , looking for " no photography " . On top of that my designer was in a few days snapped a few photos to my husband and . The funniest part of all said and dine there is that YELP reviewer posted PHOTOS within the store on here!!, my family member didn't get that far of actually taking the photo ). I do not like confrontations it was hard for me to write this cause I'm a super nice person, but this needed to acknowledge, this isn't ok!!

I hired this handyman to repair a closet shelving system that had pulled away from the wall which…read morewas being used for ordinary clothing storage and was not overloaded beyond normal household use. He assured me that the repair, including the anchors he installed, would support the weight of the clothing and items normally stored in the closet. Unfortunately, only about a week after the repair was completed, the entire system failed again and collapsed. The shelving and clothing ended up on the floor, creating a significant mess and forcing us to empty the closet once more. When I contacted him, he stated that the anchors he installed had held and that the real issue was that I needed an entirely new closet system. However, this was not what I was told when the repair was performed. Had I been advised from the outset that the existing system could not be safely supported or that a replacement was necessary, I would have appreciated that honesty and made a different decision. What is most disappointing is that despite the repair failing after only a week, he refused to return and evaluate the situation without charging an additional service fee. I understand that not every repair is guaranteed forever. However, when a repair fails within days and the customer relied on the handyman's representation that it would support the intended load, I believe standing behind the work and at least reassessing the situation is reasonable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. **UPDATE: With respect to Mike's response, many of the implications are categorically false, namely, that what is remaining of my closet is still usable and "hanging". The anchors screws, and brackets have bent and are misshaped. He also indicated fixed my toilet for "free" when, in fact, he actually exacerbated the issue and spent no more than a minute looking at the toilet and twisting the float and fill valve. So the contention that he was being generous with his time is unfounded. With respect to the text messages he's alluding to, admittedly, he did indicate he did not warranty his work, but also claimed "I'll also say this, I've never hung any shelving in somebody's called me back later and said that it came down". Moreover, "I can tell you that it's gonna go in with anchors at hold 220 pounds each and there's probably gonna be three or four so outside of that hopefully it lasts a long time". That said, given the estimated weight of the closet was no more than 150 pounds, that was less than 35% of its intended total weight, which should've held it without incident. Moreover, it's only been one week as opposed to two since he performed the job Finally, the mere fact that he wouldn't return to audit the job or two provide structured guidance and repair onsite as a gesture of Goodwill is woefully inadequate.

Brian took the time with us during several visits and help us create not only a beautiful but functional kitchen. Jeff the installer works with great craftsmanship. Our experience working with them was excellent in terms of the caliber of cabinetry and countertops offered, creativity of design, and follow-up after installation. The store offered a high-quality selection of both cabinetry and countertops suitable for the outdoors. We had a certain tone of cabinetry in mind which was not immediately available; however, Schrapper's researched other options and found exactly what we wanted. The design of the kitchen was important to us, and our kitchen designer carefully incorporated our input and integrated his creativity to optimize the design. Review of the cabana design by the County required us to modify the layout of the cabana, and our designer immediately redesigned portions of the kitchen to comply with the County's requirements. Schrapper's also worked seamlessly with our appliance vendor to ensure appliances were properly incorporated into the design and installed alongside the cabinetry. Above all, Schrapper's worked diligently to ensure the kitchen was completed within the very tight timeframe imposed by our homeowners' association. In short, Schrapper's did an excellent job of creating an outdoor kitchen that we're proud of. From initial kitchen design to selection of materials and installation, we were happy with the service we received.

Bonine Tate (ugh) told me that since I had another powder room in my 1000 sq ft apartment that my finishing was "hardly considered an emergency" even though I had people coming in to care for me during my surgery that needed the other bathroom. The "finished product is NOT acceptable, they chinced on everything from the quartz thickness, to the baby-like faucet, to the home depot lighting to the NON_BEVELED mirror ( put up with gaps from the globs of glue used) when beveled was promised...She never even ordered beveled because when they were installing it the mirror company stated "oh, you coldn't have ordered beveled because we would have had to order that-m we don't do beveled" THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! ESPECIALLY BONNIE THE LIAR I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH, but I think the rest aren't any better

Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew.
