Had a brake problem was passing the state/city, requested a quote. Got a call gave me an ETA and a place to meet but was 30min late without the tools(said they were mobile and can do job/fix on the spot) but when the meet happened the white walker(that's my term for white snakes) suggested that I gave him the keys so they can drive it away, odd don't you think? Affordable at first glance but they'll find a way to add more issues if they can. They'll find an easy quick lazy fix sure it will get the job done but not the way you want it to be and down the road you'll have bigger problems. Miles and his team were great! The whole experience was awesome. I just got my first car and I'm a student at ISU in Ames, and Miles saw that I was a student and immediately offered the student discount and treated me really well. They came and picked the car up for a Spark Plug change and tire rotation, they saw that I didn't need the rotation and took it off my invoice, they told me when they were done and brought the car back in less than 3 hours. On their way to Ames some codes popped up and he ran the scanner and didn't charge me the diagnostics services which I greatly appreciate it since they usually cost more than $80 for my VW Jetta.
