I called first to see if they could polish the opal in my wedding ring and resize another ring for me. I felt instantly comfortable when talking to the woman on the phone. She was so kind. When my husband and I went into the store, we were promptly greeted by the woman and man working there. They were both incredibly friendly, informative, and took their time with us. The price for both services was very reasonable. They got my rings back to me within TWO DAYS and even gave me some knowledge on how to preserve my opal. Words cannot describe how I felt when I saw my wedding ring. I was in shock. I walked back to my car with the biggest smile on my face. The picture attached does not do it justice. More than one person has taken previously 'repaired' items to Brown's because the repair was horribly done, and needed to be fixed.
