When I went back to exchange my watch a second time, I spoke with Belen and Jorge, and neither made any effort to provide good customer service. I was told the watch could not be exchanged because links had been removed -- something they offered to do without me requesting it. Instead of working toward a solution, they repeatedly quoted policy and showed no concern for making sure I left satisfied. Needless to say, I walked out very upset and disappointed. This experience was a reminder never to buy from a chain jeweler again. At Valliani, Belen and Jorge seemed to care only about making the sale, not about the customer

When I have something that needs repairs, I only take it to Browns. Because I have seen the horrible repairs done by the other local shops and they were terrible.
