Trying on men's suits and layered clothing when the AC isn't keeping up is an uncomfortable workout. That said, the overall customer experience, floor layout, and staff have been excellent. If they can fix the indoor temperature and get the air conditioning running properly, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

Its a stupid law crammed down peoples throats by politicians. The cashier silently added the bag fee anyway. I paid and just as I saw the receipt I saw the bag fee. I said I didn't want a bag, refund the fee. The manager said they can't do that. They will charge you a bag fee whether you want it or not, and they will not refund it. They claim there's no way to do it. But that's not the way retail works. Anything put in can be taken out. Manager said patronizingly "well sir its not a big deal, its just 8 cents.". Nice of her to trivialize my finances. Terrible customer service. Will not shop the chain again. Manager was entirely unwilling to fix her cashiers mistake, at customers' expense. Terrible store.
