I always heard "once you go to a chiropractor, you have to keep going" and that scared me. People said it like it's a bad thing, but I quickly realized it's not bad at all. Despite my reservations, I decided to go anyways because I needed a solution to my aches & pains. Once visiting Dr. Chris, I realized that the headaches I had been getting we're caused by my neck being all "jammed up." Once I got adjusted - no more headaches! Yeah the first time was scary, but now it's the highlight of my week when I know I have an upcoming appt! I went today after nearly a year long lapse in appointments. I feel so much better! Immediately afterwards my arm started feeling tingling, and he explained it's the nerve flow. You don't realize how much gets compromised and how much your body compensates for things being out of whack. Do I have to see a chiropractor forever? No. Will I go forever? Definitely!
