She goes there for the health/wellness portion, but recommended Dr. Chris for a chiropractor. I was skeptical at first. I always heard "once you go to a chiropractor, you have to keep going" and that scared me. People said it like it's a bad thing, but I quickly realized it's not bad at all. Despite my reservations, I decided to go anyways because I needed a solution to my aches & pains. Once visiting Dr. Chris, I realized that the headaches I had been getting we're caused by my neck being all "jammed up." Once I got adjusted - no more headaches! Yeah the first time was scary, but now it's the highlight of my week when I know I have an upcoming appt! I went today after nearly a year long lapse in appointments. I feel so much better! Immediately afterwards my arm started feeling tingling, and he explained it's the nerve flow. You don't realize how much gets compromised and how much your body compensates for things being out of whack. Do I have to see a chiropractor forever? No. Will I go forever? Definitely! I'd much rather things be right and feeling good, then things be wrong and feeling like I need to take an ibuprofen when there's a better/healthier/longer-term solution. I'm a lifer!

Medical doctors were putting me through tons of blood test, radioactive testing, tubes down my throat and medication that had side effects that I wound up in the ER. I went to a Chiropractor and within a Month my esophagus was healed. Out of three different Chiropractors during my life, Dr. Tocco has been the best at specific adjustments that are tailored to the exact issue I am having. I do not need to see him three, four...five times a week. He does not give the routine adjustment, it is specific to you...your body, your energy and your condition. He by far, has made the energy flow better than anyone else I've had. I'm a 55 year old waiter, on my feet, bending, lifting, twisting...I mess up my back, arms, legs often. One adjustment! I'm back on the floor, enjoying the outside yard work and living life, body pulsating with energy! I'm back to school and I'm going to have the energy to start a new career, thanks to him, exercise and good eating habits. I would not have the energy, the agility and the pain-free body that I have, if it wasn't for Dr. Tocco. Thank you!

Recently it started cracking and popping from me doing nothing. I was told it was my shoes, the way I sit, the way I stand, my job (staring at a computer screen all day long), the way I sleep, the exercises I was doing (yoga).. basically anything and everything. He took some quick xrays of my neck and had already figured out what he could do to give me some relief even for that day. He adjusted my NECK... that's right, MY NECK!! Let me remind you that my problem was in the middle of my back but my neck was the first adjustment I received. I had a rush of relaxation rush through my body and I knew that I am on the right path. My 8 year old son has also been seeing her for adjustments since he was a toddler, and he is an overall very healthy child with a strong immune system. When I first went to see Dr.Roberts he spent the time to discuss my entire past medical history and what I was continuing to have issues with. He seemed to know a lot about sports injuries which made me feel more confident in choosing him. After taking some x-rays he used roller tables, stretching, and manipulation to help me get back in alignment. Man did I feel good after that! I could def use that a few times a week . The doctor also explained stretches\exercises I should do to keep loose and help strengthen the weaker areas of my back. Most recently Rebecca helped me with my intense shoulder and trap tightness and pain. I was all locked up and did not have much range of motion but when I got off her table I felt like I could fly! Add to this I always sleep amazingly deep the night after a massage from Rebecca and it's not just that she technically knows her stuff, its her! She is grounded and take the time and energy to truly connect with you, feel what you need and then deliver a beautiful and healing massage. If I lived closer I would want her to work on me every month. For now I will just have to catch as catch can and go whenever I am near! She has got to be an amazing asset to this Chiropractic Office. The office is family friendly as the two doctors are actually father and son who work on alternating days. Both are experienced, though I am more familiar with the son, Craig Riffel, who is incredibly personable (seriously, this guy could run for president) and knowledgeable. He'll tell the actual health benefits of cracking your back (and he does more than that). Though my girlfriend recently informed me of a bitter rivalry between physical therapists and chiropractors (apparently PTs do not believe in the benefits of chiropractics), I will still continue to visit as I have seen improvements in my health and overall well-being. If my glowing review is not enough to convince you, then I'd say just go and talk to them. They can enumerate the endless benefits of chiropractic medicine much better than me.
