I dealt with Renee and her young assistant in training and they were professional and put my mind at ease that I would get something beautiful for my event. Spencer is super knowledgeable and will help you in any way he can during the rehearsal and the ceremony itself. During our wedding I had a snafu with the music for the seating and reception that I could not fix. Spencer whipped up some music and had it playing without me even having to ask so that I could focus on my pre-wedding panic in the small, but beautiful and adequate for my needs bridal prep room. She literally sat in every room we were in and watched us like we were children. She sat in one of the front pews and even helped herself to the reception food, she yelled at the bride and made everyone feel very uncomfortable. We left early and no one was happy about this experience. I will say on a good note that the Chapel is super adorable, not super big but would be great for a small intimate wedding as long as the owner stays out of the way and doesn't make everyone uncomfortable.
