Brandi behind the desk at Best Western called her manager and they told Expedia to refund the wrong date's fee and gave us a much better price than Expedia tried to charge. It's late and after driving 12 hours, this was not how we wanted to end the day, but the amazing staff here turned a bad situation into smiles on our weary faces.
