My appt was at 10:30 with my friend. we both had full acrylic fill's booked which will typically take an hour at any other salon. My friend was taken at 11:15, 45 minutes after her appt, and then we JUST left at 1pm, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN DO MY NAILS!! They took off my polish and filed them horribly but then left the station i was at TO DO A WALKIN PEDICURE. I have consistently been going here for a year but i will NEVER be going back. so disappointed. read more

I have gone to Clarity Nails for over 15 years, with the new owners they customer service is very poor, In the last 2 week I have made a 3 appointment, its seam when I go to my appointments I have to change them!!! I made one on Sunday for 1, called them early that morning to make sure of my time. Was told I was all set for 1, again when I went to my appointment was told, to come back at 2 or I could make appointment for Monday. shame on them ,I won't be going to Clarity Nails any more. read more

Took my grandaughter for acrylics, what a hack job. It was the owner who did her nails in about 15 minutes. Some of the nails were indented. She said she hurt her and also cut her. Terrible job. If I were more outspoken I wouldn't have paid her. Only reason for a one star is I had a very good pedicure otherwise minus 10. read more

I recently got a full set and a pedicure on Tuesday, 8/16 here at clarity nails only because the nail salon I like was booked but I wanted to have my nails done because I am going away for the weekend. I should have read the reviews before I went, so I didn't waste my time and money! My nails and toes were done by Kathy and I DO NOT like them. Kathy made no effort to have a conversation with me, she was too busy watching what everyone else was doing. Kathy would literally put her head down to her leg as she was giving me a pedicure! plus I was there for 2 hours!! I normally wouldn't complain about how long I was there if my nails came out good! I had nail polish on my toes and my acrylic nails are uneven! Maybe the other ladies do a better job? they all seem very friendly! unfortunately with my experience I don't see myself going back! it wasn't worth $60 read more

This place was awful, it was my first time going and i sat with the manager Cindy. One of her regular clientes walked in asking to have her appointment moved up. So Cindy proceeded to RUSH through my set, made my nails too short after i told her many times i didn't like it. Did a sloppy job at applying the powder and even worse job with the color and shape. I've been going to Clarity Nails for about 6 years now. I have gotten know the staff and its an overall great place. It is clean and usually not too busy (with the exception of Saturdays). If only I could give negative stars. DIRTY!!! Tried to get me to put my feet in filthy bath - someone's hair in the tub still! Seemed offended that I didn't want to put my feet in dirty tub and then I watched them NOT CLEAN the tub to the right of me and sit the next customer right in. And then worker grabbed a crumpled up towel to put under my feet and after she declared that it was clean.. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE"S TOE JAM on the towel. GROSS! Very happy with my nails and pedicure. Cindy is great and really takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want. I've been to way too many nail salons to count and this is one of my favorites. Update 2017: I will never go here again. The last 2 times I have gone it hasn't been a pleasant experience. I use to love coming here it's too bad. I got a gel manicure...lasted 3 days. My pedicure was 15-20 minutes tops. The woman rushed through the entire thing. When I got home I realized there was nail polish all over my skin. Not impressed with the quality anymore. read more

I have been several times as I am looking for a local place to replace my usual nail salon in Chelmsford. I have been seeing Julie and she does a nice job. I get my acrylic nails done here and they turn out nice. The polish is done well, the shaping is consistent between nails. Overall I have been happy with their services. read more

For $25 the pedi was pretty good and the lady that did my nails, I believe her name was Thy, was very sweet. However, I got a full set done and by the next day realized that the were just way to long. When I went in to have them shortened the woman, who I believe may have been the owner, was very rude to me. She literally said "I should have told her they were to long before we finished because now I just wasted everyone's time". I almost walked out, but my nails were just to long to function, so I sat to have her shorten them, and she continued to be rude and snippy with me the whole time. I would go back to the lady Thy that initially did my pedi & nails but, if the other woman is the owner and is getting a cut I wont return. I work in sales, and customer service is very important to me so I wont give my money to someone who is that rude to their clients. read more

Wow, what a refreshing experience. About a week ago, I got the worst full set down the street, and within a week one of my nails broke (surprise surprise). I walked in and one of the lovely technicians took me in right away. She fixed my nail and did a complete repolish/file to fix the job I received last week. She actually remembered to put matte on as well (!!). After she painted, she was very precise with the edges of the nails and the paint that tends to get around the nail. Sad I won't be in the area to go to these awesome ladies again!! Very well done. read more

I got a mani/pedi on 9/4/2015 at 10 30 am by Kathy. My nails looked horrible before leaving the salon and instead of fixing them she put a clear coat on top then turned her back and continued with another client. I went away like most people do on labor day weekend and when I returned I called and was told that next time I should come back the same day. I normally do my nails myself and they come out as if I was paying. So to be told that "regular polish doesn't work as well" was odd to me. I've worked in salons for alittle over 6.5 years and know this was just an excuse but that fact that the owner told me this is what boggles my mind. Never again! read more

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Felt very rushed... Went and got a full set on 8-1-16, the next day one nail broke, day after that another. Went back, very rude and not happy I wanted them fixed. Didn't even make the two nails the same shape as the others! Next day two more broke. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Was extremely impressed the first couple of times my friend and I had our nails done. The service is good and the prices are low. The nails looked great as well. However, all of our nails have been snapping off left and right. I even asked them to make them thicker, or put glue on the backs but to no avail. Just cheap. Clarity sucks, I went in to get French manicure fill and they did not give me what I asked for. I was asked TWICE what I wanted and each time I said French. The technician I had was Kathy, she was very nice but I was not given what I asked for....Maybe this is their version of a French manicure, but I am extremely disappointed. I would say that they were a little more pricy then some that I have gone to. $25 for a fill with my own nail polish but they put a coat of clear shellac on...Good job none the less... 15 min wait but that was because it was a Friday with no appointment....Owner was very pleasant...And really liked that the women working weren't "catty" in their native tongue.. but that changed when they were talking about another client if not about me...I will go back for a second try. read more

I have been going to Clarity Nails for MANY years and I am shocked at the tone of some of these reviews. This is the best salon in NH and I have tried almost all of them. Clarity Nails is exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and the product is always impeccable. I do not find these over the top negative reviews anywhere near credible. Prom in April? Really? Who would leave salon w/ pink nails when they asked for a French Manicure or call days after to complain about that they are not happy when you could simply remedy the concern while you are there. Nasty, subjective, non-constructive reviews are not helpful to the people who are providing the service or other potential customers. read more
