So I just called my bank to make a Stop payment to Palm beach tanning. So if you ever have any issues with them just cancel through your bank because trying to cancel with them is a hassle !!!

I've got 2 spray tans from her so far and they were both perfect- no discoloration or blotchiness anywhere! There's 2 options for the tans: 4 hour or 8 hour. I've tried both and I think I'll continue to do the 8 hour since it seemed to last a few more days than the 4 hour. Most recently I had a red carpet event and she made me all tan and glowing. She's the only person I'll go to from here on out. 10/10 recommend!

If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

I don't find it very relaxing to listen to a stranger speaking loudly on the phone, especially when there are signs requesting to silence your phone.
