I've got 2 spray tans from her so far and they were both perfect- no discoloration or blotchiness anywhere! There's 2 options for the tans: 4 hour or 8 hour. I've tried both and I think I'll continue to do the 8 hour since it seemed to last a few more days than the 4 hour. Most recently I had a red carpet event and she made me all tan and glowing. She's the only person I'll go to from here on out. 10/10 recommend!

If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did. I asked her for a simple apology and a full refund which were ignored. Pictures will be posted soon. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and BBB. I hope she doesn't scar any more faces

Pros: - Always super clean. - Reasonable pricing. - The two blonde girls that are usually working are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cons: - I signed up specifically for level 3 membership back in April to be able to tan in room 1, but only got to use it a handful of times. It has been down for some time now. There is one other lay down bed on this level membership, but the fans don't work so it's like an oven. - The tall brunette that was working the past 2 times I went in was very sassy and at times flat out rude. Made a big deal about me coming in 20 minutes before they closed and even though I left before their posted closing time, she was annoyed to have to unlock the door to let me out. Easily avoidable if you don't lock the door prior to your posted closing time ‍
