I was shopping around with other med spas and this was the first phone consultation that was quick and straightforward. I didn't get the sales pitch, which I appreciated. On the day of my appointment I was ready to pay the full amount for the full body package but my technician advised that I get the woman's package instead bc the laser may not be as effective on my lower arms since the hair was very light. She saved me so much money! As far the the day of treatment I was very pleased. The front office staff were so nice and helpful. My appointment was at 1245 and I got in the room and started by treatment by 1! That's pretty quick in my opinion. My tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I felt so comfortable with her. The actual laser job looks so good! I just got slight redness straight after but it went away in a couple of hours. I can't wait to continue my treatments with this med spa!
