If I could give zero stars, I would. Jennifer wasn't very nice over the phone, scheduled me for a certain time and then sent a confirmation text the next day for an incorrect time. (I politely corrected her and she never responded) When I showed up at the time we agreed on initially, she wasn't at her place. It was very hard to find and she didn't answer her phone when I showed up. Her website is set up such that you pay first, then you're stuck wondering what the next step is. There's no info on how to get to her shop or how to schedule an appointment. I texted and asked for my $75 back and she ignored me. Just generally unprofessional. Go to a reputable tanning salon instead and save yourself the stress. read more

Jenn is the best!! She is a spray tan genius and makes you look so natural. She is also so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are happy!! I mistakenly had not exfoliated well enough on my back and the spray tan was a little darker in that area, Jenn literally came to my house the next day to help me fix it and brought me products as well even though she was on her way out of town and it was my own fault! SO excited about Jennifer. I'd been going to a salon for a couple of years, but they moved and no longer offered tanning services. When I called them they referred me to Jennifer, who promptly answered my call and set an appointment right then and there! When our appointment time arrived, she shocked my roommate and I by first being able to FIND our apartment door. This never happens. (Usually we have to search the grounds for our wandering, lost guests.) Jennifer is amazing. VERY friendly, explains everything in great detail, and takes her work very seriously. She goes to great lengths to ensure you are happy with your color and the quality of your tan, and makes herself available for touch ups or corrections (for example, if your dog decides to lick your leg right after the color is applied!). Unfortunate. As a first time client with this business, the owner/sprayartist, Jen, failed to show up at my 11:00am appointment on 4/12/19. In fact, it is 11:31 and I am still waiting but have not received a phone call back or text message back regarding her being late. Mind you, Jen takes full payment before the actual payment, which was processed immediately after making the appointment. This business owner does call and text as I was able to speak and make the appointment with her yesterday. I asked a lady that works the front desk for the suites, but she did not have much knowledge. She said she had her number and texted her, but she also did not receive a response. read more

100% recommend. First time to spray with a real person, and I had no idea what to expect. Jennifer fit me in for a last minute appointment on my way to the lake for a bachelorette party. She was quick to respond when I inquired about availability and got me in for an evening slot so I could run over after work. She is a whirlwind, in a nice and strangely comforting way. She talks fast and moves fast and you are a newer and tanner you before you know it. The tan: I didn't get a great picture, but I was very happy with the results. I am pretty light on the reg, and My machine tans come out orange 50% of the time.. This tan was even, light glowy brown, and not orange at all (I did a mix of Hawaiian and brown w/a splash of dark). My face was the biggest success.. can't stand the blotchy face tan I get in some machines, but this looked very even and not too noticeably over the top. Jennifer gives VERY specific maintenance instructions, and I followed them to a T. This prob helped with the tan looking so even. I was on the hot hot lake all weekend and my tan is still hanging in there come Monday. This was a test run for a wedding next month, and obviously it passed with flying colors. I am so particular about my spray tans and having been so disappointed by other spray tans in the past, I turned to Jen when I was on a business trip in Houston. Once again, Yelp did not steer me wrong! Jen is friendly, but not fake friendly - genuinely a warm and inviting person. She is extremely detail oriented and took the time to blend everything and make sure everything was perfect and even. She told me exactly when to shower to get the best color out of the solution and I could NOT be happier. If only I could get her to travel to Massachusetts.... I needed a wedding Day picture perfect Spray Tan and was referred to Houston Elite Spray Tan by a good friend of mine. Jennifer is amazing with her art of spray tan!! I didn't realize nor appreciate all that goes into spray tanning. I used to always go to Darquetan and I thought it did a great job, but now after being sprayed by a professional I now realize what a fool I was. The most obvious difference was with my hands and how they were not orange or discolored between the knuckles. Another thing a learned and never thought before is how your normal body contrast color will mix with the solution you are sprayed with. I love that there are options rather than just the traditional 3 "one size fits all" offered at most tanning salon machine spay.
