I have picky bagel eaters and this is where my people want their bagels from. Tasty bagels, busy, plenty of parking and a tidy store. I was surprised at how clean the inside is. They have a couple of tables if you want to dine-in, loads of juices, bottled smoothies and other beverages as well as the typical flavored cream cheese. Prices are fair. Each time I come the bagels are hot off the press. They are nice enough to cut them and even individually wrap them for the office. They're busy so the counter service is a bit rushed but I expect that when the line is out the door on a Saturday morning.

I was in town, visiting, friends and family and needed to pick up bagels to take back home to Florida. These are probably the best bagels that I have had in years!! it is very hard to find everything bagel with salt so you can imagine how excited I was when I tasted one of these I went at 6:30 AM and The bagels were hot and fresh with many different flavors available. My son also got a muffin and he said it was delicious.

    "Italian Sub"
    Ames A.

I gave this place two tries- pictured is an Italian sub. As you can see, there's more lettuce and tomato than meat. They forgot the cheese as the menu states comes with it. Finally, the lettuce was not washed. I had a gritty dirt taste in my mouth. I know because one bite was just lettuce alone! Definitely could get a better sub somewhere else. (Sandwich was $11!!) Second item I ordered on a different day was a bacon, egg, and cheese. The bacon was all fat and you couldn't chew it. Very disappointed!

Pumpkin Bagel with Walnut Raisin Cream Cheese

Came in on a Friday morning with a group of 5. I asked the man if they had any dairy free options for the spreads of the bagels and he rudely stated that cream cheese has dairy- yes sir I know that but some places DO offer dairy free options! Out of our 5 orders, 2/5 were not correct. I ordered a black Russian bagel and they gave me a whole wheat everything bagel instead but were adamant on the fact that they gave me a "lighter" Black Russian bagel. Another patron standing next to me even said it did not look like a Black Russian bagel. They also forgot to put the condiments on another one of our orders. The experience was overall not great and the quality of the bagels were not what I used to get when I came here years ago. I wouldn't come back again.

    Bagels for breakfast!

Still my favorite bagel stuff. These low reviews are unwarranted. We also love the unique bagel and cream cheese flavors.

They don't have my favorite (multigrain), so I settled for a sesame bagel with walnut/rain cream cheese.

Each worker had a GREAT smile on their face, and I instantly knew that the food would match that level of awesomeness. I was overstimulated and had a minor sensory overload with the amount of different bagels and options on their menu. However, after I ordered a lightly toasted everything bagel without poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried onion, and garlic, but WITH cream cheese, lox, and tomato, with salt but no pepper, I felt more calm. I started salivating. Then I went to sit down, and I tripped and hit the floor, but, then, they brought my food, and the frown got wiped off my face! Boy! Was that first bite something else. Muy bueno! The texture of the lox, and the juicy tomato balanced out perfectly with the cream cheese. I knew at that moment there wasn't just any ordinary chef back there in the kitchen. There was a culinary artist. . Overall, experience was epic, and I ordered some Manhattan Bagel merchandise to give to me grandchildren who live in Alaska. - A Proud Customer

(1) The online prices are different than the actual prices. The lady's answer, "It must be an old menu." Not my problem, but you charged me more for every single item, so maybe it is my problem. I asked for a new menu- they didn't have one. Come on,now.....I guess so you can keep ripping your customers off (2) They don't tell you on the phone it is cash only. So you either have to leave and go to a bank or ATM that doesn't charge or pay the $2.25 fee, which sucks. (3) The food- I paid $30.75. I got 3 carnita tacos, 2 chicken tacos, the taco platter (4 ground beef tacos), 2 empanadas (beef) and rice and beans. The price sounds okay, right? NOOOOOOOOOO. GREASE CITY. THE GREASIEST MOST OILY FOOD I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DISGUSTING TO OPEN THE PACKAGES AND ALL THERE IS ...IS GREASE ALL OVER MY HANDS, MAKING THE HARD SHELL AND SOFT SHELLS SOGGY AS EVER. What a disgrace to the art of cooking to have so much friggin grease. I could've went to White Diamond if I wanted to eat food that was going to give me a stomach ache. I am so very angry. I just called the place but they're conveniently closed. I wanted to bring this food back and tell them to eat it esp Bc the lady wasn't that polite. I'm attaching pictures so you can see that I am not exaggerating. At this point, it doesn't even matter what the taste of the food was, because I felt like I just bought from an expensive fast food place. I should've went to Taco Bell, but I wanted authentic tacos and the reviews from all these people really made me think it was good here. Bianca's - really bad business to serve people food with grease dripping everywhere. I don't think you care much about your customer's satisfaction, otherwise you would have a NEW UPDATED MENU ONLINE and you would never subject anyone to a heart attack w all this grease. Needless to say - I ate the hard shell tacos. Threw the soft shells out and used my own tortillas empanadas right to the trash can. I have a stomach ache and so does my bf. Just-from the hard shell tacos. First and very last time I spend any of my hard earned money here again. And Bianca's - I'll send you the bill for my dry cleaning since the ridiculous amount of grease dripped all over my shirt.
