Delicious food! I called for pick up and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The place is laid out well and organized, and includes a coffee section/ with seating.

Tried to review them on Google and they turned off their reviews. That's how bad this place is. Please see my attempted review from Google. I'm too upset and tired to try to upload it again.

The name says it all - they are truly Cranford's best bagels and some of the best in NJ! The line can be out the door on a weekend morning, but you can call ahead to order. Their French toast bagel is delicious!

    Hair in my food

TERRIBLE. I've been here a couple of times over the past few years but a couple weeks ago decided to order ok DoorDash. I ordered a taylor ham egg + cheese...the cheese was barely melted and the sandwich looked a mess. I was super hungry and desperate so decided to eat anyway....the moment I took my first bite I looked down and saw a hair in my food. I called to complain and was told someone would reach back out to me but they never did. There are plenty other CLEAN bagel shops in the area...I will never patronize this business again. Lack of cleanliness and customer service after the fact.

The sandwiches are great but there's a few monkeys in the wrench! So they got the most important thing right -- delicious, true Jersey bagel breakfast sandwiches. They don't make the Taylor Ham too crispy and they've got a decent balance of egg, cheese, and meat. I'm also a fan of their strawberry cream cheese (in smaller doses, as it's very yummy but very sweet). But other than that, the coffee here is pretty terrible. I've tried just about everything they have that comes out of the dispensers to no avail. It seems to just be bad, weak, I'll-flavored coffee. Additionally, they don't have air-conditioning to my knowledge, so it can get very stuffy, especially in the summer. Their staff can be a bit rude but honestly I don't hold it much against them because I've seen some very rude customers come their way, since I come fairly often. And if you come when they open at 5 in the morning, as I just have, you should know they'll only have the day-old bagels available for purchase and the grill won't be ready to go on and start cooking.

Expiration date is over a week old

I just started working near this store and they have AMAZING sandwiches. However they loose points for two things. Communication and keeping up to date with stuff. Today was the third time that i ordered something and it was wrong. I ordered a lox egg and cheese toasted on a hero, everything bagel with cream cheese and an orange juice. i was given the sand which on a roll. Now as a prior employee in hospitality, i always remember to repeat my order for clarification. It was still wrong, the last time i ordered before that, i ordered the same sandwich and got the wrong cheese. On top of that today is October 11. My orange juice has an expiration date of October 4th. It also doesn't clarify if it's sell by or best by. All in all their food is amazing but they definitely won't be getting my business anymore.

I am not sure why I give this place chances. The service is despicable and they ALWAYS get my order wrong, despite my confirming numerous times. I ordered a flavored cream cheese and received plain and it had an awful taste. There is nothing best about this place, it's truly awful.

The bagels are amazing - fresh, soft, chewy - my favorite bagel shop in the area - you don't get a day old bagel from C-best.

I could go in and order 3x and get a different amount charged each time. Bagels are good however I feel like I am getting ripped off.

Had the pleasure of stopping into Iorio Deli with friends Eric from Cultinary Road Trip and Tyler…read morefrom Foodula. Had the chance to meet "The Boss" Gilda and her son Joe as well as the rest of the very friendly and helpful staff here. We tried a plethora of things so this may take a minute haha. Started off with two stuffed breads - A Reuben as well as a Pepperoni roll. The Reuben had a great flavor and the bread itself was tasty. It was slightly odd in my mind to eat a Reuben without grilled rye, but I enjoyed this. The pepperoni stuffed bread was also good and was even better with the addition of some sauce (they called it gravy and I thought I was in trouble haha). After that we were hit with some delicious Italian items including their house made meatballs, Italian sausage and peppers, and chicken Parmesan. The meatballs were just rated #1 in Central Jersey and #2 in the entire state of NJ at the Pizza Bowl a few months back. I could see why. Very tender, perfectly seasoned, and again that sauce/gravy was killer. To be honest though, I may have enjoyed the sausage even more! I mentioned how I didn't get hit with that typical overwhelming pop from fennel seed and Joe said they make it with ground fennel so the flavor is still there but it's not so in your face. I loved, and I mean loved, this sausage. The chicken parm was also very good but I had a small piece because I knew what was coming next! We finished off by trying two sandwiches that Iorio is well known for. The first was "The Jocelyn" which was a roast beef and Swiss melt on an onion roll, and the second was "The Sloppiest Joe" which was a North NJ staple "sloppy joe" but in epic proportions. The Jocelyn had good flavor and the onion roll was a nice touch and change of pace. The sloppiest Joe is sitting inside the top 3 I've had probably ever. The meats were freshly sliced and piled high, the rye was super fresh, and the Cole slaw had get flavor and added welcomed creaminess to the sandwich. As if there was any doubt at all - Iorio Deli in Roselle Park, NJ - Didn't Suck!
