The people who work here despise you. They do not want to help you. They will hang up on you if you have too many questions. They have an attitude from the moment they answer the phone because they do not care about you and if you hint any frustration with the way THEY treat YOU, they are hanging up on you. I didn't know it at the time but was later diagnosed autistic, I sometimes need a little more clarity on certain things or written instructions. They do not like this because they do not like to be helpful and compassionate and will get frustrated with you for needing something repeated because to them YOU ARE NOT a HUMAN being, you are just some bum trying to get government assistance and that is how these people specifically at this office will treat you. It's too bad but this is the reality of being disabled in America. My case has been denied. I lost everything, my apartment, my car, my family because I couldn't get any help from these people. I pray that God helps these people find some grace inside themselves and learn human compassion. And I pray for the disabled that need help during hard times. They insisted that I couldn't get my documents stamped and copied as they have been lost before. They were rude and nasty. And basically said that I will be waiting. Then gave the wrong check in info to make sure I was waiting. No one wants to sit for hours unnecessarily but if you have had documents disappear you take them directly in. Do better ladies people are going through enough we don't need the attitude especially when I didn't lead with one. I needed to drop it off based on previous experience. I shouldn't be punished because you feel im an inconvenience.

After I took them off, I noticed the tsa employee didn't put them in a box, just let my nice brand new Uggs go thru the security, and guess what? After I got my Uggs back, they were STAINED! Ruined my entire trip! I complained immediately. Only 1 lady out of 3 tsa people took it serious and went and got a manager not a supervisor! The other tsa people were negligent. As well as the guy who put my brand new Uggs through their machine alone, he didn't even lay them down on their side in a bin!!! Resulting in the LED curtain straining them with blue chalk all over my Uggs, which are brown sheep skin. I wanted to wear these for my trip and now they're ruined. Due to them. The manager who came over, Jefferson, was also being negligent in his bad behavior, very defensive and sloppy then he tightened up when I checked his attitude!!! He then gave me the run down on how to complain and what will happen after I complain! He said they will check cameras and reimburse you for them! Gosh! After that I complained on the TSA website immediately! I got a response that I have to now file a claim, and it's 5-6 pages long where I gotta provide all these docs which I will do tonight! Good thing u can email the claim! They better not play me!!! Some ppl wanna stay fresh when traveling! This is totally unacceptable TSA!!!
