I was assisting a client with obtaining her benefits that had been sent to the Treasury, and after visiting multiple Social Security offices, we kept being told we were at the wrong location or that documents hadn't been received. It was a frustrating process, to say the least. Finally, we met someone who truly paid attention and recognized that my client needed help. He did everything he could to make sure she received her money, and that meant a lot. A big thank you to the gentleman at table 1 who helped her on 5/1 around 3:00 pm. I've witnessed the women here be so rude , yelling at people trying to get their benefits or things in order. The whole office just looks at them as they yell their business out . I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lekia Smith while she helped me apply for the services I needed. She was kind, professional, helpful, and waited very patiently with me while I retrieved my sources of documentation. Let alone tried assisting me to get the services needed, by help contacting my HR, all while also helping a coworker with an family in need of services of their own, with some sort of error they were facing in application submission. She is a work BEAST! I just had to speak up and say she deserves a raise. The community needs people like her in these positions, her kindness and patience gives us the time to be present and get on track to a comfortable life. Thank you Ms. Smith!!

The way you DIDN'T take care of people in a timely manner! The way you thought you were entitled to a 30 minute break between every person you "processed or interviewed!! The way you performed your job wasn't very up to par! Or WAS IT for a state run operation?? If you worked just a TAD quicker, and actually cared just a TAD more.. Your job may be even a TAD more enjoyable and rewarding.. You're all a disgrace to every taxpayer of this state who, as we know, pay your wages.. Hey yall! I always fly for work. Today, I got to TSA, & guess what, I went thru the monitor once,…read morethen tsa told me to take off my Uggs cuz they got flagged, in which first tsa told me to leave them on. After I took them off, I noticed the tsa employee didn't put them in a box, just let my nice brand new Uggs go thru the security, and guess what? After I got my Uggs back, they were STAINED! Ruined my entire trip! I complained immediately. Only 1 lady out of 3 tsa people took it serious and went and got a manager not a supervisor! The other tsa people were negligent. As well as the guy who put my brand new Uggs through their machine alone, he didn't even lay them down on their side in a bin!!! Resulting in the LED curtain straining them with blue chalk all over my Uggs, which are brown sheep skin. I wanted to wear these for my trip and now they're ruined. Due to them. The manager who came over, Jefferson, was also being negligent in his bad behavior, very defensive and sloppy then he tightened up when I checked his attitude!!! He then gave me the run down on how to complain and what will happen after I complain! He said they will check cameras and reimburse you for them! Gosh! After that I complained on the TSA website immediately! I got a response that I have to now file a claim, and it's 5-6 pages long where I gotta provide all these docs which I will do tonight! Good thing u can email the claim! They better not play me!!! Some ppl wanna stay fresh when traveling! This is totally unacceptable TSA!!!

Times have changed and now it's a desert with no shade; make sure you're prepared for the heat with water, a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses. The trails are well-marked. Don't make the mistake like I do every year and juSt bring your card. There is a gas station (Sinclair) across the street if you need the ATM. The waiting for an attendant to help me with my agent packet didn't take long this year aT all. I probably waitWd around 7 minutes. The process for my marijuana agent card was painless. Each category was $75 each! The guy helping me was so nice, I forgot his name but he was great. It was on Wednesday 01/22/2020 and he wore a red short-sleeved button up!
